Sandwiches can no longer be made to order. In fact, nothing is made to order anymore. Basically it went from being like chipotle, where you get your fresh ingredients the way you want them, to being like Taco Bell, where everything is already done when you get there and if you don't like it, that's your problem. This used to be such a great place for gluten-free eaters. Now if I want a gluten-free bagel, the only thing I am allowed to have on it is cream cheese. Period. I won't eat here anymore.
