I live in New York and was looking to purchase a very specific luxury convertible that's hard to come by in the north east. I found WBM through my online research and they had the exact color combination I wanted. I spoke to John and Will and they were fully transparent and reassured me the car was in great shape. Sight unseen I put down a deposit on the vehicle and scheduled a day to take the trip from NYC to DC to test drive and buy. I was fully expecting the car to be in OK shape with wear and tear.. but I was astonished upon arrival. The car was in near MINT condition! It's a 13 year old car too! Inside and out - clean as can be. No games, hidden charges or nonsense with John and Will. Exactly what we negotiated over the phone was the deal when I showed up! I can't reccomend these guys enough. True professionals. Ask for John or Will. They'll treat you with respect and make your buying experience a breeze. Thanks guys! read more

Worst used car dealership in the DMV!!! Sold me a lemon vehicle! Don't purchase a toy car from this place!!!

Here is the short of the long for those not interested in the long explanation: We drove 4 hours from Virginia, with the intention of bringing home the gray 2015 BMW X3 (VIN 5UXWX9C57F0D56604). We took the car (against head manager Ali Nezam's advice), to the BMW of Alexandria dealership for a PPI (pre-purchase inspection); this cost to us was $349 plus tax. Ali tried to tell us how expensive it would be and tried to deter us from doing this. Ali tried to send us to BMW of Fairfax, where he bragged he had a "foreman that could see the car off the books". I passed obviously. The service advisor at BMW of Alexandria, John Mannion, who knew Ali from servicing his own M3 there, checked us in. Later, John finally called us and explained they had finished and we could come get the car. He told us there were numerous, serious issues with the vehicle and he COULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING IT. He went on to itemize all the issues individually. John told us the car was "MECHANICALLY TOTALED". The cost to repair everything wrong was near or over $20,000!!! Here's the long: This included replacing the entire engine! John explained, "there were chunks of metal in the oil pan when we drained it". How could any 1/2 competent mechanic miss this? Ali's excuse was "they had just changed the oil and there were no indications of metal". After the BMW inspection and report, Ali doubled down to say "they inspected the oil pan and still found no metal". Hogwash. He's a charlatan and a liar. Tony, the sales rep, excused this because they "use a third party to do the inspection and oil changes so they must have missed it". Again, always a rebuttal or excuse for everything. There was "obvious water damage inside the cabin and around the battery" per John's report. The display screen had been changed out already and the WRONG screen installed, causing the pixel issues. Ali even tried to get a used screen from a junk yard to swap it for us. This was likely already done with the wrong model. John suspects the water damage is what ruined the original screen and "heads-up display" feature, which we noticed was not functioning during our test drive. There were oil splatters on the serpentine belt and tensioner. This was an indication of the engine blowing gaskets and it had been repaired with temporary fixes. They failed to replace the belt and tensioner so it was obvious to a qualified, competent mechanic what had happened. Multiple panels were missing from the undercarriage of the vehicle. There were suspension issues and the report stated "INCREASED CHANCE OF ROLL-OVER ACCIDENT". Ali was selling us this car for our 16 year old daughter. John said he did not feel the car would have even made the drive back to Virginia!! Ali sent an email with rebuttals to everything the Certified BMW dealership of Alexandria (who has no skin in the game and is UNBIASED) found in their pre-purchase inspection. He has an excuse for everything. Please feel free to call JOHN MANNION at the BWM of Alexandria dealership and discuss this with him if there's any question to my intentions. I am a physician and base my life and practice on transparency and honesty. All the negative reviews seem right in line with my own experience. Multiple people reporting they had to replace entire engines within weeks of buying from Ali. Upon arrival, Tony the sales rep met us and pulled the vehicle from a storage rack. He started it up and we noticed a ticking with the engine. He immediately Googled 2015 BMW X3 and showed us how this is common with the fuel injectors. I searched this quickly and found this to be true, UNLESS, it's something more serious! When I tried to address this with him, he dismissed the idea and was emphatic "it is normal and just the fuel injectors". Ok, so we sat in the car and I noticed some water in the back seat. I couldn't see where it had leaked in from but this was also a red flag. When I started navigating though the dash menu screen and noticed the pixels didn't line up. I brought this to Tony's attention and he stated "it must just need a software update". Again, minimizing every issue as "no big deal". When he couldn't resolve the issue he got the manager, Ali Nezam, involved. Now it really gets interesting. The slick tongued manager proceeded to also tell us how it "just needed a software update" and he "would take care of it". After waiting for an hour, disconnecting the battery, having his "mechanic" pull it into the garage and remove the display unit, he conceded it needed a new screen. I inquired, how do we know it's not the entire head unit causing the issue ($3000 repair from BMW) and he was adamant that it wasn't. He had a fast and slick rebuttal to every concern we had. I was polite with Ali and since he would never return my phone calls, I communicated through email and text. I requested he respectfully pay the $360 total we paid for the pre-purchase inspection, he declined. BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

This is the second vehicle that someone in my family purchased from this business. The cars look good but both cars were horrible. Not even two days after my son purchased an Audi from this business, the check engine light came on due to an engine oil leak. Less than 60 days & $6k later, we are forced to get rid of this vehicle. Engine oil leak, spark plug issues, the vehicle began shaking violently & had to be towed to the audi dealership. Our local mechanic states that it's not worth getting fixed. We now have over $8k in negative equity in a car that's not drivable. A few years before that, my husband purchased a Dodge Challenger from this business. Again the car looked great but he had to dump over $5k into the vehicle due to constant fuel pump issues. Not one mechanic was able to fix this issue on the Challenger. Please save yourself time & money and DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this business. read more

Purchased my new driver one of their 2016 Jeep Cherokee, should have know when it came with no warranty, however, our daughter loved it, so we bought it online my daughter love it so much. When it arrived the tire pressure light was on (seems to be a small leak), smells of cigarette smoke, engine coolant reservoir emptied, brake light has been on the dash board, and she drove it twice with the check engine light already showing! Shakes once you hit over 50 mph I see why there is no 30/60 day warranty. Buyer Beware! Stick with the larger coporate dealer read more

Tony, Alonzo and team will knowingly sell you a defective car and stop picking your calls the moment you sign and pay. They are very shrewd, cunning and convincing. If you have ever bought a car at WBM of Arlington, VA, be careful. You will thank me later. Their marketing is deceptively crafted to mean that their business is family owned and their prices are lowest because of less overhead costs. Don't buy that line. The truth is that their cars are of inferior quality. Spend an extra $ 500 next door but on a quality car. I would have given them a zero if it was available. Tony and Team, I am still waiting for your response to my emails and communication. read more

Had a really great experience with WBM. They had the car I wanted (Kia Niro plug-in hybrid) at the best price in the area. Omar, the salesman was not pushy, and was easy to work with. The processing fee was only $449, which was a lot lower than I have seen elsewhere. Thanks WBM! read more

I could write a lengthy review of my experience with this establishment with names and everything but quite honestly it's not worth my time so I'll just sum it up with some bullet points. - seedy car lot feel the moment you walk on the property - sold a decent truck for what was thought to be a decent price, if you take into consideration inconsistent and sometimes incomprehensible communications throughout the process for an out of town buyer - said truck that passed Virginia inspection once brought home had front shocks leaking and a valve cover leak that will total well over $1500 when said and done, maybe VA has garbage inspections, but it certainly begs to question their touted inspection - was hit with a bogus $70 dealer business tax fee, one that I was just too exhausted to even bring up by the time I got there - they knew I flew in from out of town and was going to drive it 9 hours home and it still took bargaining for them to fill the tank up before leaving - post sale and after 3 weeks of dragging their feet on the getting the registration and title taken care of I had to request they send all of it to me to do myself at my local tag office - icing on the cake: the refund of the tax, title and registration didn't even include transfer and title fee, a mere $28 you say, but the nail in the coffin for what type of establishment this is read more

This place don't deserve a star. I bought a vehicle here and had to replace the motor with my hard own money. Stay away. The car I only have for a week and had issues that same week. I told Tony to either pay me back the car or buy it back. And he said no. To fix it first and he'll buy it back. For me that's is a scam. And the motor has been replaced and was not on the car fax. Stay away they need to get sued. read more

BEWARE of DIRTY car salesmen at this dealership. I went to see a vehicle that I saw online and "Chris the expert car salesman" helped me. When I asked a question in regards to if the 3rd row seats fold down, "Chris the expert car salesman" was stumped. Evidently, "Chris the expert car salesman" had not encountered such difficulty in his extensive career and had to radio for backup. Someone who was worthy to be called a car salesman came over and said to Chris, "All you have to do is click on the photos of the car". Boy, was I lucky to have someone present who was even more of an expert then "Chris the expert car salesman" himself. On the test drive, I noticed the radio didn't work. I mentioned it to "Chris the expert car salesman" and was told that it would be looked at before I purchased. When we returned from the test drive, we negotiated the price and started the paperwork. In the midst of the paperwork, I forgot to follow up on the radio. Finally, all paperwork are completed and the car is parked outside ready for me to drive it off the lot. "Chris the expert car salesman" comes over and gives me a key and a remote and says, "here is the key to the car". Then, he gives me another key and says "and this is the SPARE key". 5 minutes later as I drive off the lot, I turn on the radio and realized that I forgot to mention that it doesn't work. I call back immediately and "Chris the expert car salesman" says that "THE SALE IS AS IS". Fast forward 3 weeks later. This vehicle was now to be shared between myself and another person and in the process of giving him the other key, I realized that the key with the remote only starts the engine and cannot open the door. While, the "SPARE KEY", as "Chris the expert car salesman" calls it, only opens the door but does not start the engine. I never realized this because I had been using the remote to lock/unlock the doors the first 3 weeks. When I called back complaining about this, to my surprise "Chris the expert car salesman" was no longer available because he had promoted himself to "Chris the he no longer needs to be nice because he already completed the sale expert car salesman". I then had to pull out my black belt in automobile key knowledge and explain to the "self-proclaimed expert" that the spare key is capable of the exact functions of the master key and what I was given was not a spare key. Then "Chris the he no longer needs to be nice because he already completed the sale expert car salesman" changed the name of the "SPARE KEY" to "VALET KEY" and said that it's not supposed to start the car. Again, I had to pull out my black belt and explain that the "VALET KEY" still opens the door and starts the car, it just cannot open inside compartments. WHY WOULD THERE BE A KEY INVENTED CALLED THE VALET KEY FOR A VALET TO USE TO PARK YOUR CAR WHEN IT DOESN'T START THE ENGINE??????????? Suddenly, I realized that this entire time, I was actually talking to "Chris the 5 year old". Later, I was introduced to the sales manager aka "Tony the expert story teller". After 3 days of conversation, "Tony the expert story teller" goes back and forth between two stories. The FIRST STORY that "Tony the expert story teller" says is that Chris never gave me a spare key, he gave me a valet key. The SECOND STORY that "Tony the expert story teller" says is that if I felt this was a problem, why didn't I come to him earlier? I'm super exhaused because I have to explain AGAIN what a VALET KEY is and explain AGAIN why it took me 3 weeks to complain about the keys. Besides, when I am told that I am given the "SPARE KEY" by a "Car salesman PROFESSIONAL", I am going to assume you know what a SPARE KEY is. In response to the SECOND STORY from Tony, I told him that I actually called 5 minutes after I drove it off the lot about the radio and got the "JOKE'S ON YOU" response. Looks like "Tony the expert story teller" wins again. If I was truthfully told that 1 key only starts the engine and the other key only opens the door, I would have addressed it or not buy the car. Instead, I now have to combine the keys like a transformer just to operate the vehicle because this dealership decided to hire a "5 year old" and "a story teller" who thinks wearing a suit and hairgel automatically qualifies him to be a sales manager. As a last resort, I mentioned that they should rectify the situation due to misleading the customer because I really do not wish to post anything online and go to the attorney general for further action. "Tony the expert story teller" says to me, "YOU GO AHEAD. IT'S A FREE COUNTRY. WHATEVER GETS YOUR ROCKS OFF". I was starting to worry that I won't have any plans this weekend. Thank you Tony for this wonderful piece of advice and helping me plan my weekend. read more

STAY AWAY! SELLS CARS WITH TEMPERED CAR COMPUTER SOFTWARE! On 10/30/2019, I traveled from Seattle to Arlington to pick up a BMW car this dealership was selling. Before leaving Seattle I requested that the car was inspected by an authorized service/ mechanic. The dealership accommodated my request and they took the car to a BMW dealership- BMW of Alexandria. According to the inspection report the catalitic converter was replaced during a previous visit. There were no other issues noted.I paid for the car, drove it back to WA state. About 200 miles into my journey back home some sensors/engine light went off. I didn't think a lot of it, I just made a plan to take it to the dealership in Bellevue Wa, the closest one to my house, and have it looked at there. I had some peace of mind knowing that the car was just checked, and was still well within the BMW warranty. Having another BMW car at home I knew about a previous recall issue that was successfully fixed, no problems. As soon as I got home, I made an appointment to take the car in. Initially they fixed a couple of sensors and filters covered by warranty. Still I had to pay $400 out of pocket. Drove the car home and the engine light came back on during that short trip. Called them back, took the car back in. After a careful inspection, the mechanic/ BMW warranty department were puzzled that the same particulate filter that was just changed needed changing again, for the third time. Due to this, he and the team dug deeper into finding the cause. After days and days of collaboration with BMW National (they approve all warranties for all dealers) the answer came in. The car's computer was tempered with, thus voiding the warranty. A mile long list of cascading issues came to light. At this point, there is no way to know what car I bought, its mileage, problems, etc. I cannot register the car as it will not pass an emission inspection. It has no warranty, which I thought I had. Basically, the car is a lemon. I would have never bought this car had the seller disclose all of the problems. They haven't. And I did all that a buyer can do to verify the product. Due to the lengthy repair/ investigation I never really made any use of the car. I picked up the car today from the shop, after more than a month there. I cannot use, it is not safe or registered but I have to make payments on it. Of course, I called the owner of the WBM of Arlington and told him about the car, I sent him all the information BMW of Bellevue had for me and I requested that he takes the car back and refunds me. HE SAID "NO". I imagine he still wants to sell cars. I don't know to what extent he was aware of the fact the he sold me a wreck, but at least he should colaborate with me on making this right. At this point he does not care. The consumers need to be aware of the fact that buying a car from this place is dangerous and costly, and that the owner does not care.I have all the information to back up my claims provided by the BMW dealer and BMW of America. I need this place exposed for selling lemons and endangering people's lives. read more

the worst dealership I have ever dealt with I bought a truck from this the day after Christmas and the engine was gone by March, read the carfax afterwards and the truck had not had an oil change since July and it was being driven for 5-6 months with high mileage, called the manager that sold me the vehicle TONY and he offered no assistance, not even a discount on a new engine I had extended warranty on the vehicle but they wouldn't pay for it because the problem was pre-existing which means the dealership knew that the truck had an issue and sold it anyway. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE buy a vehicle from them if i could give a negative star rating i would read more

Nice sales man - hence the one star. AKA: WBM of Arlington The rest of this story is the ole bait and switch which is not legal here in VA. They along with several other used car dealers leave cars on the multiple websites out there to lure in customers. They even tell you it's there then when you arrive say "oh it JUST left the lot, we sold it". HOWEVER can I interest you in another car?? HUMM HUHH HUMM!!?? These folks had five or so 7s listed on the sites and only ONE was there. DON"T FKING WASTE MY TIME which is why these guys are getting a nasty review. This happened THREE times at three different places that very same day and (I'll review them too). This leaves a very bad taste in my mouth and is shady at best - I'd say stay away. I went and got my new to me BMW 7 series from Tysons Audi - Love it! read more

We had an excellent experience buying a used car here. John and Tony were patient, honest and worked with us to resolve the issues we had with the vehicle. There was only one key and they called the key people they worked with and got us their special pricing. There was maintenance due which they agreed to do and they charged us significantly less than we would have been charged elsewhere. When we went to pick up the car two days after the sale, my husband remarked that the wiper fluid cap was missing, and without even us asking, they went and ordered one for us. We would gladly give them our business again. read more

Chris is the worst salesman you will ever meet IF you waste your precious time to come to this car lot. He is rude, abrasive, uneducated regarding the vehicles on the lot, and just a miserable human being. They claim they don't make a lot of money off the vehicles they sell, so that's the reason why they don't negotiate price. I don't know how they've stayed in business for so long, but they're not good business. Don't come here. If I could give zero stars I would. Go to professionals, instead of this JV sales staff here. read more

I recently bought a 2008 Range Rover from WBM. Although I bought it "as is", WBM didn't tell me that the key fob didn't work (the dealership had unlocked the Rover the 2x we had driven it before buying it). Making matters worse, WBM initially said that it would pay for a new/working key fob but then they backtracked and refused to do so. They told me that the cost was about $300. Additionally, the Rover couldn't pass Md. inspection because the windshield had a chip in it hidden behind a sticker that required me to replace the windshield at a cost of about $450. Unfortunately, I won't be back and cannot recommend WBM to anyone. read more

Sold me a lemon basically. I put down 2,000 on 10,000 car from here. Within a month I'm not able to drive it. The car broke down before my first payment was even due. They have been no help. They hang up on you when you call them out on they BS. They did not give me a rental/loaner car to even try to help me. I was stranded with my 5 week old baby in a car that they gave me. Ive had my car towed 4 different times in one week based off them giving me false info and telling me to take it do different shops. Finally got a transmissio thru my warranty and they are trying to hold a transmission that my company paid for not THEM. PLEASE BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!!!!!!!! I WISH I LISTENED TO MY MY MOM ABOUT THIS CAR!!!! IT'S A SCAM!!! THEY NOT FROM THIS COUNTRY, they only care about scamming you. Once you buy the car you will get treatrd like SHIT!!!!!! I have filed a case with my attorney general and filed a consumer complaint with the government. All they said was you bought the car as is. Yeah but I didn't knowingly buy a car with transmission issues or for it to break down before the month is out!!! Beware of this sleazy place and this sleezeball people!!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! I did not have the best experience with this dealer. I purchased a used car here. I had my family auto technician inspect it and it turns out that I need some serious work on it, which was unexpected because when I purchased the car there were no warning lights on the dashboard signaling me that something was wrong. Go figure. I brought this and another problem to the attention of the kind gentlemen of WBM's and they said that there wasn't anything that they could do about it. I kind of feel ripped off like after the sale I was on my own little skiff floating in the atlantic, in circle's no less! read more

After reading some good & some bad reviews on WBM, I decided check out a CLK they had for sale. I'm always a little skeptical with VA dealerships but I checked the CarFax out and had the car inspected by my mechanic. Harun the sales manager & Fransisco were very helpful, not overly pushy. Even tho I ended up not buying the car (for my own reasons because nothing was wrong with it) I would definitely look to this dealership to purchase another vehicle. read more

I could write a whole page of negative things about this dealership, but I won't bother. I could give you my opinion, but I won't. I will stick to the facts. My relative purchased a car from this dealership back in April. He was told that the car had a rigorous inspection and was in great running condition. Visually it looked really good. He tried to get the car in to his mechanic before he purchased it, but couldn't due to Covid. He took the car to get it inspected, but it did not pass inspection due to several mechanical issues and tires being dry rotted on the inside. The gentleman at the inspection station told my relative that the car should not have been sold to him in that condition and wanted the dealership to call him. When my relative told the salesman and manager, they took the information, but would not call the inspector. My relative then gave them a copy of the inspection report. When he purchased the car, the salesman told him that if there were any problems with the car, he could bring it back in the have it corrected. That story changed when he tried to get them to fix the items. They offered to replace the tires there, but he would have to pay for most of the cost. After he corrected the issues on his own in order for the car to pass inspection and went back to the dealership to do the paperwork for the tag transfer, one person said they did not know it was supposed to be a transfer and another person told him that his old tag wasn't valid, even though he had just renewed his tag a few months before. He had the tag and registration in hand. So they charged him for a new tag. Well, we made a call to DMV and was able to get his old tag returned and refunded. This ordeal was very stressful for him. I am NOT going to give my opinion of this dealership. I will let the FACTS speak for themselves! read more

Zero stars but it won't allow me. This is the worse place to ever buy a car. Buyer beware STAY AWAY .. first the car was beyond repairs. So many things wrong with the car. 2nd they are going to have harassment charges and threat charges against them. 50+ times of harassing phone calls and making threats to my 19 year old daughter who was buying a car because her car was totaled in a bad accident and the bank NOT her were making sure everything was properly done before giving them a check. The calls started the very next day and still didn't stop when all it was 3 business days. They harassed the bank in the same way. You took the chance by giving the keys to us to drive the car home which you knew was 1 1/2 hr away how dare you turn around and threaten her she will be arrested for stealing. She put a good down payment and was approved for the loan. Then you asked for car back.. YOU.. and then you don't give her back her entire down payment. You broke any contract... she didn't.... Make no mistake you are being sued!!! See you in court read more

So I just left this place and the most irritating experience I dealt with was the car I called about last night wasn't available. Apparently the owners son took it home with him and they had to somehow get it back. Waited about 2 hours for it to show up (they kept telling me 20 mins). So from Georgetown to their location took about 2 hours. Google maps showed no traffic jams on the way, should have taken 15 mins at the most. 2015 BMW 428i was what I was looking at and when it finally arrived I could tell the story of the car. Whoever bought it bought to abuse and break the car for a year or two and the dump it. The engine sounded off and definitely needed detail work on interior and exterior. Not car for me. I don't need to inherit problems. The fact I was left waiting for so long is reason for low stars. They also tried pressuring me to fill out a credit application. Why the hell would I fill this out when I haven't decided to purchase the car?? Lastly, as I test drove the car I made note to the salesman of all the problems with the car...then he is confused what the problems are saying "what's wrong with the car".....I've been telling you for the last 10 minutes what's wrong with it. Not a very professional place to make a big purchase... I would not recommend to anyone. read more

I purchased a 2008 Mercedes E-Class from this dealership. The service was great, but the car was an absolute nightmare. When I took the car for the Maryland state inspection, the car failed miserably. Everything need to be repaired and the estimate came in at over $5000. I really can't blame the dealership too much. I should have paid more attention to the details and realized the poor quality of the vehicle. The photos of the luxury cars and the low prices will draw you in, but buyer beware...you absolutely get what you pay for. Again, the salesman was good at his job. He was friendly and certainly gave the appearance of working with us. But, it's clear that this dealership is taking advantage of customers with "deals" that are absolutely "too good to be true." read more

This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had in trying to purchase a car. Before even getting totally evolved, the car wasn't available when I requested to see ii (they claim it was being detailed). When they did said it was ready (a day later) it was a challenge trying to get pictures of the car after we called and spoke with a sale rep and the manager. They eventually posted more photos after calling multiple times. After all of this and making arrangements with my credit company and on a conference call, they never answered there phone even thought we had it scheduled at 11:30 to sign off on paper work. (I took time off from work to get this approved!). Tried calling the sale manager and not respond. So I called again; and by the way they lie. I asked for the manager, the person placed me on hold to check, came back and said who is calling, placed me on hold again, came back and said he is a meeting??! So I called back a 30 minutes later, ran the same script (placed on hold, came back, hold, came back, etc) told me he went to lunch. So I called again at 5:00; at this point I was piss and they said he will call me back in a few minutes. A few minutes back 30-45 minutes. Come to find out they tried to play me for stupid by saying the car was damaged by a tent!! - a tent!, that's the best you came up with!?!? So we turned the table on them by calling back asking that we will take the car damaged and the sale rep said: 'oh I think we sold it". BINGO DUMBASS - Busted. One thing a car dealership needs to know that customer service is 1st! If you accept an offer and take a down payment, suck it up and be right with your customers. You never know who they know or is. ;-) read more

Great service y recommend this dealership thanks to Francisco and the general manager Tony

Bought a used car from these clowns full of intentionally hidden, undisclosed problems requiring over $4,000 just to make the car safe and able to drive - the big issues were a defective instrument cluster that left me stranded out of gas, ghost warning chimes and inoperative LCD display ($1500 to replace) and a rear glass window that had been re-glued into the convertible top that fell out the first time I parked the car in the sun (~$2000 for a new top.) Not to mention broken interior compartment covers that had been taped together to stay shut, a broken license plate lamp housing wedged into place that fell out the first time I closed the trunk, and heating/cooling control knobs that fall off in your hand when you try to use them. read more

Hands down best car buying experience ever. GO SEE JOHN!! Never dealt with a better salesman than him. Had a horrible experience at Darcars 3 years ago and with another dealership in Arlington, but WBM far exceeded my expectations. I walked into the dealership with my whole family, kids and all, even went on 3 test drives with my 3 children, and John came along for the ride and did not mind at all. He was super friendly to the kids, offered them drinks and food and most importantly, he was patient with us-- Lord knows he had the patience of virtue! John and the owner (or manager), Tony, who was also a rockstar, worked with the numbers to get us the best deal. John waited until I price checked several insurance companies to get the best deal for my coverage and did not once make me feel rushed or an inconvenience. Can't say enough about John and WBM of Arlington. Definitely will buy my next car from them and recommend to all my friends and family. read more

i first bought a Jaguar from them back in Oct. and there were no rear brakes it was metal grinding metal and the engine made a rattling sound when being started. i called them back telling them about the problem and they said to bring it in so i did, they looked at it said they needed to order parts, it would take a week we will call you when they get here. i let a week and a half go by not hearing anything so i call and ask about the brakes and the noise and i was told once again that they haven't come in yet they will call me when they are due giving me the run around. they never call so i took the car to a Jaguar dealer to run diagnostics and they said the timing chain needed to be replaced as well as the parking brake and fuel sensor totaling up to $5700. i called the bank and told them what was going on and i wasn't about to keep paying for a car that needs that kind of work done and that the dealership was giving me the run around not trying to fix it avoiding me. then and only then did they get in contact with me trying to make it seem like it was just a big misunderstanding. then when i thought we worked it all out they said they were going to drop the bank that it was financed through and go with somebody else and put the car in the shop to get all the stuff fixed so i was like OK that's fine i was happy with that but, several months go by and i didn't hear anything back from them so i call them and they said that the bank made them buy the car back and they never called me to let me know what was going on or anything i had the car note set up as an allotment so the payment was never late and the whole time i thought the car was in the shop somewhere in Connecticut the bank made them buy it back and they probably sold the car to someone else but never told me so the money that was supposed to be going to the car note i have no idea where it was going and i am still trying to figure it all out and get my money back. so now i am car less trying to get the money back that i have paid for a phantom car BY FAR THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER HEARD OF AND EXPERIENCED, SHADY UNDER THE TABLE DEALS REGULARLY DONE BUT ENDS UP SCREWING THE CUSTOMER, BEWARE OF A 2003 JAGUAR S-TYPE UNLESS THEY FIXED IT IT'S GOT MECHANICAL PROBLEMS! read more
