I'll be back soon to do heavy items like my duvet and comforter where these machines do a better and faster job than the three sad machines in my building. As has already been mentioned, it's extremely clean, the various machines are all new and reasonably priced. They don't have "beans" yet, but I know they are planning to attach a coffee shop. Until then, it is next door to a cafe and close enough to other Mission businesses to grab a drink or snack while you wait. However, the best part of this place is the owners. 3 brothers and I think I have met all of them. Tonight, I was in there and one of them came in with his daughters to collect the quarters out of the machines and refill the change machine. Just as he started to empty the quarters out of my dryer, it stopped and I went over to feed it. He took 3 quarters out of the collection, dropped them into my machine and kept going about his business. WOW. Never have I ever. We had a nice chat and I told him how much I really appreciate how well they run the place. He was very grateful and gracious. Go give them your biz. They're awesome guys.

My first complaint is that the coffee shop never opened; so, there are no beans. I assume that there will never be any beans. It's not uncommon to put your stuff in a dryer, only to find out ten minutes later that no hot air came out and your clothes are still wet. So, after throwing a few dollars in one dryer, you have to transfer your clothes and pay the full amount AGAIN. Plus, the waste of time it causes. At the very least, why aren't there 'out of order' signs posted???? Many of the washers are out of order too. And, don't be fooled, these washers are not hooked up to hot water. So, in addition to there never being any beans, there will probably never be any hot water. It's also hit or miss on whether or not the change machine will be working. Hauling your stuff all the way to the laundromat to find out that you can't do laundry because there isn't any change available is quite frustrating. It might be a good idea to upgrade the machines for electronic payment if they can't maintain the change machine. Lastly, you better hope that there isn't a rush because there is only one transfer cart available for the whole place. Please take care of your business; this is awful.

So, it's not you, it's the machine lol. The dryers were okay...we used a top and bottom but our top dryer got swiped after we used it. It was very sad lol bc I knew it was way hotter than the ones we were using. Anyways, while washing/drying you can walk down the street to this corner deli market/ cafe and pick up snacks or drinks. I got to say, their vanilla latte and matcha latte was so good! Just the right amount of sweetness. Rotisserie chickens and groceries were all fresh and so many types of cheese and meats! Definitely recommend if you're in the area~ both the laundromat and market/cafe.

The site is large enough that you can take care of MANY loads of laundry if the chore has been put on the back burner for a few months but you are down to your least comfortable bra or your tighty whities that have become uncomfortably tight. Even on busy weekends there seems to always be at least one machine available ans the staff, who are always busy with drop offs, will let you use a machine before them. The LARGE load machines may seem expensive ($11, I believe) but I was able to fit an area rug (5ft x 8ft) in with room to spare. What is especially nice is that Sit & Spin is in the same building (with an a-joining door) to a wonderful tea shop called Qualitea (coffee and a few snacks are also on the menu). Qualitea is a lovely tea shop with indoor & outdoor seating.
