Contacted this company because I found them in the yellow pages. They were very prompt to respond…read moreto my email and to come out to assess the work that needed to be done (cleaning of walls, ceilings, floors in my condo). They quoted 400.00 during their visit and said they would follow up with an email to me outlining exactly what they were going to do for that price (a written quote). I asked if they were bonded, they replied yes but failed to produce any evidence of that. Upon leaving, they suggested I pay up front, all $400.00! This was a suggestion that left me sort of stunned, I didn't really know what to say and so after an uncomfortable few moments the conversation went in another direction like the request for money had never been made. They left promising a follow up but I never got an email from them, the dates they said they would be here to do the job, came and went with not a single word from this company. I am writing this review because my concern is for other people, especially older people who might feel pressured to pay this company up front (who may or may not even be bonded) and possibly never bother showing up to do the work. A very shady feeling about my transactions with this company. Not professional at all and more than a little sketchy.
