Late again but making some headway I will give them 3*s for making the effort to follow thru. 2/3 problem areas were resolved, timeliness was not. If you have time to spare and are patient enough to go round two, or if you manage to get Gavin (whom so many previous reviewers gush about) I'd recommend this business.

After disappointments with two other local carpet cleaners, we tried All-Fresh in 2008 and were…read morevery impressed. We have used him several times since and always had good results. The owner does the cleaning so you are always dealing with the same person. He got stains out of our office carpet that were there when we moved in and two previous cleaners had not been able to remove. Price seems very fair. Four rooms and a hallway were $172.80. He also does upholstery and duct cleaning. He is professional, prompt, personable, careful with furniture and always leaves something under the furniture legs to protect the carpet until it is dry. Highly recommend him.

He sent me a bunch of pictures and I thought it looked fine but now that to get into the apartment it's awful. They only have clean the baseboards. The windows are smeared dirtier than they were before stove. refrigerator had not been cleaned. I paid that company $200 and I'm not 100% sure what they actually did. That's my fault for not being there but I was sick and unable to and took Paul for his word. He sounded like a very nice man on the phone, but obviously the company needs babysitting in order to get it done right. It's a shame. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

They rope you into an agreement (which I never signed) and take a credit card. They made the appointment for Monday (essentially NO time to cancel). I cancelled Saturday, they did not honor this request. They charged my credit card. I had wanted interior and exterior window cleaning. They quoted me a reasonable rate then right before our call was over, they said "Oh, the interior cleaning will double the cost". Totally scammy. Worse, interior cleaning would NOT include cleaning the tracks of the windows. I should have just cancelled the whole thing at that point. But I waited a day and they automatically charged my credit card. Terrible business practices. These predatory and aggressive sales tactics are not good for customers. Do not even call them.
