They know what works. I went and took a chance on them and let me tell you, i am SO HAPPY that we found them. These guys are the absolute BEST we have ever used as a groomer. Just to give you an idea, we used someone else in town, 2 weeks ago and they said that they could not groom her and didn't touch her. I have to thank them because without that failure, i would have never gone out to find the best groomer in town. It took them a few hours to get my pet done but they got her done and they did a fantastic job. They cut her face, which no one had ever been able to do. We got her the full spa package (teeth, nails, the works). So, in a nut shell, THESES GUYS ARE THE BEST GROOMERS I HAVE EVER USED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. We have used Pet Paradise for both the Day Camp when we're having work done at the house to week long boarding for vacations and have always been totally satisfied with how the staff cares for our dogs. Small businesses need a little forgiveness, but after a while, you just have to say I can't keep supporting some business that doesn't do what they say they're going to do. I've been here twice and both times my dogs received great haircuts. I'm pretty picky on their cuts so I was pleasantly surprised. They followed my direction for what I wanted and the dogs came out looking great. I did get a little push-back on choosing to have my schnoodle cut with a puppy cut rather than a schnauzer cut, but they honored my request and he looked adorable. My goldendoodle had some matting (thanks to horrible skin allergies) and they made sure to mention how difficult it would be to groom but in the end, they removed the matting and she looked beautiful, as usual. When I picked them up, we got two little gift boxes with homemade treats and two travel-size containers of hand sanitizer. A nice little touch. It does take a while for the grooming process (both times they were there for more than five hours) but I was able to get an appointment within the week. Our previous groomer booked up weeks in advance. They only take cash or check, which is a little dissapointing in 2014. I like to earn my SkyMiles on my Amex! But it's worth having wipe the cobwebs off the checkbook. Overall, I'm very pleased with our experiences here. I'll definitely be back!

The young lady who was taking the dogs back was so sweet, but the older woman who presumably owns the business is absolutely vile. She was gruff and careless, she knew it was our puppy's first time and still chose to say things like (including, but not limited to) "you are horrible," and "i bet you feel stupid" to her. Our dog cried and screamed and the place is open so you could hear every nasty thing this woman was saying. She then proceeded to follow us outside the establishment to yell at us after I said, "that's enough, you're done." The place is also filthy inside, there is trash everywhere. If you were thinking of bringing your dog here, I would turn tail and run the other way.
