We had been bringing our dog to this vet for several months with concerns about his declining health. Despite multiple visits, the cancer was not diagnosed until it was too late. On the day he was finally diagnosed, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put him down immediately. No advanced diagnostics or referrals were offered until his condition rapidly worsened. When the cancer was finally discovered, we were devastated to learn there was nothing more that could be done. What made the situation even more difficult was that we were not allowed to take our beloved dog home after he passed. We were told cremation was the only option -- no room for discussion. It felt cold and impersonal, especially after such an emotional moment. Losing our dog this way suddenly and with so little compassion or flexibility has left us heartbroken. We trusted Dr. Cox with his care and we feel deeply let down.

When I called I immediately had a pleasant experience with the person answering the phone. She was able to fit us in the next day. When we arrived at the office, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We found Dr Schroyer to be calm, confident, knowledgeable and personable. He listened to and was willing to answer all of our questions without being condescending and even looked at our other dog so he would have a familiarity with her and a record if we returned. We left the office feeling very comfortable about our dog's issue and certain that not only would we return, but that this would become our primary veterinarian's office. Dr Anderson and Dr Elders had a new tool (Lazer?) and saved the sight. All pet owners should remember no matter how knowledgeable they are, not all procedures are successful. All of the vets there are absolutely amazing. They always have him on the road to recovery pretty fast. We have to go about 3/4 times a year for critical illness. Unfortunately, they are only a provider if your dog is being seen by them. I was told they were not accepting new dogs... even though this was an emergency and I was able to pay for the additional emergency fee. Never thought I would have been turned away like that for a minute. I subsequently contacted Trupania so they can update their provider records. I took her to a different hospital nearby.... And they handled her care in a professional Trupania manner... think about this before before trusting their care.
