Today I was a thousand miles from home in an Enterprise rental car when a light came on the dash,…read more"Maintenance Required: Tire". The light came on every time I turned on the car. I called the local Cheyenne Enterprise facility and was told I needed to go to Jone's because "I am the only one here and I only rent cars." She gave me the address and I headed south. When I arrived at Jone's I was greeted by Michael. He said he'd take a look at the dash. He quickly figured out the light was due to mileage prompt not a problem with the PSI. I was back on the road in 10 minutes. I am still amazed at the kindness and professionalism of Michael. If I lived a thousand miles closer I'd bring my car to Jone's Lub & More.

The team who worked on my car to change my oil were like a NASCAR pit crew --all members working in an orchestrated manner. I was kept informed during the entire appointment and given the opportunity to make decisions based on their findings. I was preparing to take a road trip in the morning and a fuel optimizer was recommended. I usually get my oil changed at a business downtown but because I have to give up control of the car, I was never 100% sure if the cabin filter they'd show me was just an old filter they showed customers to make them buy a filter. It could be totally legit but there's no way to really know--unless you visit Take 5 where they show you everything from the dipstick and oil reading, to the cabin filter, and inflating my tires.....and two managers checking in to see if I was given top tier service. Not just yes but "heck yes!" This place sets the bar for outstanding customer service ---and they even graciously gave me a generous discount!
