When the place opened a few years ago, it was awesome. Fast forward a few years, is a constant takeaway. Drive through brushes don't work, employees are sometimes rude. Equipment malfunction, less towels, the squirt bottles are malfunctioned. When payers ended up having to wipe down the entire vehicle with windex, its time to move on to another carwash. I've had numerous bad experiences at this carwash. Aside from a rude employee, they have frequent equipment malfunctions. When I went there in December, the majority of their vacuums were out of service. Today, the vacuum at the parking space I used was broken again. They also had no rags for the car cleaner because an employee forgot to wash them. When I asked if I could just use a few paper towels from bathroom, I was told no. Unpleasant service, and poorly maintained equipment. I will say, there are a few friendly employees and there are no issues if you just want to run your car through the wash. Went to get my car washed today, and no soap or blowers. After paying $18 I went and asked why these weren't working and I wanted my money back as all the wash did was spray water. I was told it wasn't their fault and they weren't giving my money back as they weren't doing that all day. Also, he wouldn't give his name and proceeded to tell me that it wasn't his problem, and there was not a manager that I could contact. I will NEVER go back to this establishment as they have NO customer service. In the end I paid $18 for water. Called and spoke to ANOTHER rude employee telling me it wasn't their fault. Do not get your car washed here as they just take your money and treat you like you owe them. Would like someone to contact me, but was told they don't have a manager. OMG! Frustrating! So glad I stopped. My car was filthy after the last few storms and was pleasantly surprised by the prices! Very reasonable and I got a good wash. The free vacuums are nice too--as well as the mat washing station. I'm not going to wait in line at the other place any more. I'm going to Clean Wheels. read more

Went to get my vehicle washed this morning. After going through the wash it was noticed that there was no soap being dispensed and no blower to dry the vehicle when it was done. After coming out of the wash I got hold the individual on duty if you want to call it that, he was extremely rude with absolutely no customer service skills. I then called and spoke to Josh on the phone and he was also exceptionally rude stating there was no management there, nor would they refund anyone's money for the failed wash. He was instructed if it doesn't work why not shut it down. He stated not his call. Avoid this business until they get there problems solved which by my calculations will take some time!!! read more

My wife has the 15 dollar subscription plan at clean wheels, I have the same plan at Breeze through car wash ,her car comes out far cleaner and shiny than mine every time. read more

The place would be ok if they were open when they are supposed to be. I guess the OPEN sign is on a timer and someone soesn't have to be there for it to come on. I have been trying for 2 days to wash my car. Yesterday the sign said open, the place was full and the entrance barricaded. I think they need adult leadership. read more

Wait time on a busy day longer then their competition however worth the wait. Plus they have the tools to clean and detail your inside. Always walk around the car for flaws. Worth the wait read more

My only problem I am still having with this business is about communicating and fixing the problem. I was overcharged 4x . On the same day. Resolved. No longer an active account. No sticker on my window. They still had my card on file. I just got debited for $14.95with having no account at this car wash , Getting old ! So again deal with my bank and them. read more

Best car wash on our cross country road trip from Ohio. I'm picky about car washes because I'm an old geezer driving a Mercedes SUV. I was very impressed by every aspect of this place and I rarely hand out 5 star reviews. I opted for the $10 wash and it delivered everything I wanted--as advertised. Highly recommend. read more
