This place is just awful. They have no systems in place at all to know who was next. This is the 3rd time I have come in and sat there and watched them starting vacuuming and cleaning other cars that were there after me. Today my self and both cars on each side of me we all had to do our own vacuuming, and cleaning, etc. this place is a joke. They shouldn't even charge for interior cleaning because they don't do it. And they stand there and watch you clean your car!!! read more

Unfortunately I come here often and it is the same..... poor service, unfriendly staff and waiting for working to come out of the office to complete service I paid for. This place is a joke. Way too expensive for the service/quality you get. Minimum amount needed to pay (which doesn't include interior) is $18 to get them to even wipe down the outside of your vehicle. Really wish there was another car wash in Prosper. read more

I think I may have just got scammed here. Its textbook. My daughter and I went to the convenience store next door and came back 10 min later, and what do you know "sir, did you know your windshield has a small crack?, its free to fix, just give me your insurance phone number". I had never seen a crack before and its in a spot where it would be physically impossible for a rock to hit unless it was falling from the sky. I just looked it up and it seems that this is a well known scam at car washes. I didnt get the service but I will probably make a call to the state insurance department. I saw them fixing one windshield and it was in the exact same spot as mine was. Beware. I just watched them pull it on 3 other folks. all in the same spot. what a shame. read more

Not staffed properly, the owner is rude and condescending. Will never go back with the way he spoke to me.

My babysitter crashed my car into the side of my garage and left the whole right side with scratches and brown paint. I decided to first take my car to the car wash to see how much they could buff out. Wow, they did an incredible job and my car looks brand new! All that's left is a tiny scratch and the owner told me to pick up some manic paint to fill it in. I'm amazed at the wonderful job they did and the impeccable customer service. Pricey and no option for self serve vacuum. Have to pay at least $25 for an interior service, with that in mind I rather go to a Car Spa.

Third car to arrive for the morning and had to wait for almost an hour to get my car completed. Talked to manager and he wanted to argue with me. HORRIBLE customer service and the car is still not clean. Back window streaked and portions of the car are still not wiped down. This was NOT the $5 car wash but it looks like a gas station drive through job. Poor service, poor customer service, poor experience. They could not pay me to get a car wash there. read more

Came to car wash to get seats shampoo and carpets shampoo only. Told them I did not need an outside wash. She said wait time was 30 minutes. After 30 min they washed 5 cars that came after me ask still had not touched my car. They even moved my car out of the way to wash a different customer car. I got the manager and he said they only have 1 shampoo machine and 15 dollar car washes have priority over 100 Dollar car washes because they are faster. They even hand washed a massive truck too. I asked for a refund and he said I have to charge you 9 dollars because u drove through the tunnel. I told him I never wanted to the outside washed and told you that. So payed 9 dollars for nothing. When we pulled up to the automatic carwash, no one was at the booth and the gate was down. We waited about 10 minutes before getting out of the car to look for someone. The only person working was inside the car wash lane. He told us to wait some more. When he finally came about 5 minutes later, he had a very unprofessional and rude attitude. He did not apologize for the wait, but instead told us that everyone else had to wait their turn, as well! read more

This was the worst service I have ever experienced at a car wash. The staff was unfriendly, there didn't seem to be any type of order to the way cars were washed and vacuumed. I spent 45 minutes there and all I was getting was a $22 wash and vacuum. My car was half-washed, smeared, and still dirty in spots. Never again! read more

I have tried this car wash two times. One time in December 2017, after only having my brand new Denali for one month. The interior cleaners dinged my driver side door, and the manager said he had "a guy who would fix it." The phone calls never went anywhere, and the door was never repaired. Yesterday, I decided to give the car wash one more chance. I again paid for the interior\exterior wash. I have weathertek mats. So the sales guy said they would not shampoo the carpet, but vacuum them and spray the weathertek mats with the sprayer. I said that would be fine. Long story short nothing was really vacuumed or cleaned, but they did manage to suck up my coasters in the cup holders and also the passenger side captain seat arm rest cap cover. Sand was left all over floor mats, water streaks all over exterior.....this is beyond ridiculous. I spoke with Manager and he actually laughed, when I told him what his staff had done. I don't find this funny. Especially, when you work very hard to have a nice vehicle and want to keep it nice. I will NEVER go back! Not the best bang for your buck...because for $9, I expect to use the vacuum free of charge. It should NOT cost an additional $25 to have four tires Armor All'd, your windows cleaned, and a vehicle's interior vacuumed. I passed on paying the additional monies, BTW, and drove my SUV down Preston Road, letting it air dry. When I got home, I pulled out my glass cleaner, paper towel, and Armor All wipes, then proceeded to take care of the tasks myself. Total time: 30 minutes; cost: $3 or less (the glass cleaner was from one of the dollar stores and I got the Armor All wipes w/ a coupon at Wal-Mart). I'd chosen this place due to its convenient location to my apartment complex and the shopping center across the street (trying to cross off as many of my "to do's" as possible w/o burning up my gas) but, alas, I must now continue my search. read more

I went there in a rather rush as my car desperately needed a car wash. Before going, I called to ask if they offered a drop-off service where I could leave my car and pick it up at a later point - which they do. When I got there, I had no clue what I was doing so I parked my car and walked inside, only to find no one inside. That's because it's only a waiting area for customers and there isn't a "front desk" per se. I walked out and spoke to the attendant who graciously helped me out. He offered to take my car through the drive through and then to the dry/clean zone. He said since it was a slower day, I could be back in an hour to pick it up. Less than average car wash. The black matte panels on the front, rear and rocker panels were dirty where the machine didn't clean them so the car wash guy rubbed tire shine on them. The front grill was dirty also plus had bugs on it so he rubbed tire shine on it too. They didn't clean the navigation screen or rear window either. I went back around to the ticket counter to complain and waited 5 minutes and no one was there so I left. read more

I would NOT recommend this car wash. Not only did they put their dirty hands all over the top of my new car after buying it and then had to clean that off, the shop who repaired hail damage on my other car took it in for wash and detail after repairing the dents and it came out with water or oil spots all over three of the seats! I am not sure what they were thinking to send my car away like this, but I am having to take it to someone else who is a "true detailer" and hoping they can fix the problem. Today I am taking the car back to the manager to see the damage but do not want them trying to fix it because I don't trust they are competent enough. This car was bought three days before receiving hail damage and the interior was in tip top shape until now. The interior is ruined because of them! Took my truck in today for a wash and the two kids that where working on it did a bad work on cleaning it. After my truck was done I had to be pointing out all the spots that they missed and even then it was still spotty. They didn't even do a good job vacuuming it, there was still trash und r my seats. I asked for a car wash and they gave me the most expensive one, which didn't even clean my car well. I called to talk to the manager once I realized what happened, but their phone number doesn't work. We did not give up on this... When I originally spoke to the owner, he told me there was "video evidence" of scratches on our new car, prior to entering the car wash. My insurance company bypassed the owner, worked directly with his insurance company, who reviewed the "video", and determined there were no scratches, nothing on video. They are reimbursing us for the repairs. This is not a good, honest reputable business. read more

This car wash is real close to my house I recently moved here a few months ago, so I tried Wash Masters each time I go the service get worse. I have tried them 6 times each time the front windshield has water spots plus streaks couple times they never even wiped the windshield at all, plus they leave tire shine on the paint from their hands and the back of the vehicle is still dirty . I have complain to the the manger doesn't matter poor quality car washes each time, no more I will travel to my old car wash in Frisco am done with wash masters. read more

This place changes names but the service still lousy. No organization and not consistant. I tolerated only because I live nearby but this time was last. Attendant argued over rain check by a day. I wanted to stop by the day before but it was cloudy and they were closed. ( another peeve). I have mixed feelings about this place. It's the only car wash near me so I end up coming here more often then I would like. Usually they do a decent job. However there are way too many issues. Yesterday I sat there for over 5 minutes and no one bothered to come out so I left. They were open but no one helped. It says they open at 8am everyday but it changes so you never know. They advertise an early bird special. Then they say their computer won't let me add it must not be for Monday's or they will say it's not for this package. Showed up one day and they had no workers to clean the inside. If the stars align and they honor their prices , they bother to come out to serve you, their workers show up and they are actually open you get a decent wash. If you happen to be heading to Frisco save yourself some trouble and get it washed somewhere else. Just too many unknowns. read more
