I had been a loyal member for a long time and originally left a positive review. Recently, I went in only to update my payment method after replacing my debit card because I lost my wallet. Instead, I was told my membership had been canceled and completely removed from the system, and that the discounted rate I had previously been offered could no longer be honored. After leaving, I tried calling to cancel my membership. I called over 30 times between yesterday and today. My calls either rang several times before going to voicemail or went straight to voicemail. I also left a voicemail and never received a response. For a business that relies on memberships, this level of customer service is extremely disappointing. I've also had an employee knock on my window during a previous visit asking me to leave a review, which is one reason I wrote my original positive review. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been the complete opposite of the service I expected. I cannot recommend a business that is this difficult to contact or cancel service with. read more

Bait and switch. At their grand opening (re-opening?) they advertised the first month for free, and $5 for each of the next two months ($9.95 total). After the first month, I was charged $19.95. I tried to get this fixed and cancel in person, and they told me they couldn't do it and I would have to call. When I call, it goes straight to voicemail. They are so nice, as well as professional. A lot of places just move you through the line, barely look at you, and barely wash the windows before you enter. Wash Masters Prosper off of Preston and Prosper Trail literally just scratched my WHOLE bottom half of my Porsche Panamera S4 rim bc of their negligence lining it up right. I go back to the entry to the manager he tries to tell me that it is not possible bc the piece is rubber... It isn't rubber it is plastic and metal. And you can very clearly see that it has damage all along their equipment. They had an employee doing the pull in that normally dries cars and she didn't know how to line up a car properly. She put forth zero effort and didn't even watch while she told me to go forward. The manager instead of apologizing and saying let us fix it was rude, dismissive, and would not get ahold of the owner for me when I requested to speak to him. He told me to come tomorrow and the owner would be there. When I was taking pictures of the equipment that damaged my rim him defensively asked me what was I doing.... This is why you don't take nice cars to these car washes! So disappointed in them. The true tell of an business owner is how they handle situations when something goes wrong... Our experience was not so good. The was did not get our car clean. There were only 2 people to wipe down cars and no one knows which car to do next. The car dried before anyone touched it, so they wet it again with a spray bottle. YAY. There is not anyone in the back end that speaks Spanish. So, for me it's a one time visit. read more

I had a chip in my windshield, so I pulled in to see if they could fix it. They said their windshield repair guy was not in. As I tried to leave a car pulled in behind me preventing me from backing out. I asked if he could ask there was a way to exit out the back and he said there was, but there is a safety blockade put up to protect their workers and it could not be moved. He then said I'd have to pay for a wash in order to get out. It was only $6, but still. As I pulled around the building, the "safety blockade" was two traffic cones. Sure I could have thrown a fit, but again it was just $6. Too bad they've lost business forever over not wanting to move a couple of cones. read more

Teenage daughter paid $200 to have her car detailed. Windows were left spotted interior was not properly cleaned left dusty and dirty in cup holders and gearshift. Sensor on front bumper was knocked and which caused an alarm to go off when the car was in drive. Manager, who said he was the owner, was very rude and very confrontational and made no attempt to come up with a solution to the problem or offer any type of refund to my daughter. We will never ever go back and warn others to stay away from this place because they will only find horrible service, management and a total waste of money. Response to owner... The "management" that was there yesterday was horrible. Do not want to speak to him again. Waist of time. I'm just upset how it was all handled and the fact that my teenage daughter spent all her hard earned money to have her car detailed only to be very upset and out the little money she had saved for this specially. Going to share a lot of details in this post, of the entire car wash experience. I paid for the $30 "Platinum" package. I won't be going here again, and I really hope someone opens up a wash nearby in Prosper/Celina area. The only reason these folks are in business now is due to the area's growth, not due to their business practices. Here was my experience... 1. It took about 5-8 mins to roll through the wash machine. The brushes in the machine seem OK, but I wouldn't take cars with softer paint through it. This is a machine-car-wash, not a hand-wash, and you can expect excess dirt from prior cars to be caught in the same cloth brushes that are now slapping against your car's paint. 2. Post-machine, I pull into one of the bays, and wait for someone to hand-dry the rest, spray & wipe the exterior (areas the machine missed), do rims/tires/interior vacuum, etc. The car sat for 39 minutes and 34 seconds until someone touched it (I timed this entire thing). 3. After the car sat for 40 minutes, there's nothing left to dry really. It sat in the sun the entire time; whatever residual water was left after the machine-wash is all evaporated by now. 4. The person who finally got to the car, did not wipe down dirty areas the machine missed, and took 17 minutes to "finish" the car. They did vacuum the inside mats, and wipe down the interior surfaces. He sprayed the wheels & rims. 5. OK, all done right? It's been about 1 hour 10 minutes so far... WRONG. Not done. I notice my front license plate is missing. "Did it fall off while taking it through the machine?" I wonder. So I flag down the guy who did my car and asked him, he said "oh yeah, I found a license plate in the wash earlier and set it aside, let me go see if the numbers match" and he runs off to get it. Yes, they matched, it was mine. Question: Why did this guy not have the common sense to check the plate against the cars that were already here in the bays waiting? If I hadn't walked around my car looking for missed areas, etc (for this review), I wouldn't have noticed my front plate and would have driven off without it! This guy is a joke. At best he's ignorant and not thinking, at worst he's being willfully subversive in hiding the plate in hopes that the customer doesn't see it missing and get upset. Look dude, I'm not upset, but you can't hold a license plate back there and not saying anything about it! Insane. Final opinions: - The only reason this car wash is in business, is because this area is growing and people don't have any other options. If you're looking to open a competing car wash, contact me; I'd love to go in together on one. - Poor value for the money. $30 and it's a total joke all around: service, quality, timeliness, and end-results are ALL sub-par. - Clearly they need to hire, and the owners need to put some money back into this business. The waiting room was a mess, magazines from 2017 still sitting on the tables, couch and chair surfaces cracking and breaking, TV not working. Ugh. At least the AC was on. - See attached photos for their prices/menu, waiting room, car bays, and a few areas on my car they missed (these were obvious dirty areas that should have been cleaned up before keys handed back to the customer). read more

Used to go here all the time with excellent service but they changed ownership sometime around 2020. Did a "Wash & Go" for my Ford F-150 for $5. Brought my wife's Mercedes back about an hour later and requested another Wash & Go. The same guy, who I'm pretty sure is the manager and/or owner said $10. When I said, "What? You just charged me $5 an hour ago!" His response was "Okay!! $5." That's all you need to know about how they run this business. So glad Super Splash has opened up! read more

$5 Basic car wash which is very reasonable. Experience went South when I found out there are no self vacuum stations. They have drying/vacuum stations attendants guarding his areas and it is $20 to get your vehicle vacuumed. $5 car wash/$15 vacuum. No thanks. read more

Bad experience even though I have been here before. This is usually not the car wash my husband takes the car to. Past experience wasn't excellent but today was bad. I knew from the start that this might not go good. I got there waited for like 5 mins before someone came and I made my $18 selection and pulled up, another car behind me and then another. Usually someone is by the car wash to guide you in but there was no one, after waiting like 5 mins since I was first in line I got out of my car and went to the side to look for the guy I paid. I asked if I was supposed to drive in and he asked me if no one was there. He left the line and went around the other side to get someone to attend to other arriving customers so he can guide us in. I was told to put my car in neutral like you would normally do, I have a new Tesla, and each time I put the car in neutral, my car would go back to park after a few seconds. The guy came and told me to stop driving or putting car in park and I was trying to explain that I wasn't doing anything it's my car and he should give me a few minutes to put it on car wash mode but he got frustrated and said I should back out and started directing other cars to back out. I finally got the car in car wash mode and told him am good to move forward and he started yelling and said just go, go, back out, I have other people, meanwhile I have been apologizing to the people in line letting them know what the issue is. I told the guy to guide me out of the car wash so I don't mess up my tire, he didn't', I managed to pull out, the guy came and just got $20 out of his pocket and said just go. I understand I held the line but rather than him work with me or tell me to move and let others go first and come back he was rude and told me to go. I will not be going to this car wash again. I knew this was going to be a bad experience as soon as I pulled up. I have actually have gone to this car wash several times and will not be going back due to the way I was treated there. I waited 15 minutes after I paid for someone to walk out and turn on the car wash after honking several times. I was literally getting out of my car when someone finally showed up. I then proceeded to wait in the lobby and 15 minutes later, a man walked in after me when I sat down. 10 minutes after that, 2 men who didn't acknowledge me walked to this man and introduced themselves as the new owners and tried to get his feedback. This man has never been to the car wash before and then they turned away and walked out. I guess I was mistaken for a piece a furniture because they did not once try to get feedback from someone who actually goes to that car wash. I will never go there again! read more

Awful awful awful business!! I cancelled my monthly service in March and had to go 3 times to have it cancelled. I thought the issue was resolved by April and after months of not noticing that I was STILL being charged, I called my bank in October and was told I could only get refunded 60 days and they suggested I go to the merchant. I just tried to go and explain the situation and was told that I have been using their service every Sunday! Insane! Some of the Sundays, I (and my car) was out of town!. Somehow, they are using my license plate to fraudulently charge my account and would not show me their video! I would NEVER waste my time trying to get money back from a service I actually used. This is absurd that they have stolen $350 from me and didnt think twice about it. Terrible customer service from the OWNER! I tried to dry my own car so I wouldn't have water stains, they got mad at me. They have scratched my car going through the wash. Would never recommend this place, even to my worst enemy. I had a great experience today. When I pulled up and asked for a detail on my car the young man explained they were short staffed and asked if I could wait so he can run to the back to get an accurate wait time for me. Because of his excellent customer service skills I will be back even though they aren't fully staffed. While my car was being cleaned I saw the young man continue to run back and forth and help direct the cars and talk to the technicians working. read more

My son took his truck there with brand new wheels and tires and was concerned with taking it through there but was reassured by the manager that it was no problem. Halfway through the car wash the machine stopped and the manager told my son to continue to drive through the car wash and everything was fine. After he got through the car wash he noticed that the machine cut his tire and scratched his brand new wheels. We followed the companies policy to submit a written accident report and met with the manager multiple times to take pictures of the damage. I attempted multiple times to communicate with the owner Yousef with no response. And after giving them the requested 48 hours to review the incident video tape and pictures I called the owner to follow up on the incident report. The owner was very rude and stated he felt the damage was caused by the road and not by the car wash. I am now going to have to take legal action in order to recover $680 that is required to replace the damage tire and wheel. I will never take one of my vehicles to this car wash again because of the way I was treated by the employees and the owner. read more

I paid $50 for a detail inside and out. They did a decent job on vacuuming & cleaning. Come to find out there's still VERY noticeable spots all over my car which tells me they carelessly wiped down my car. My door handle and hood were also chipped/scratched. Not happy with this at all. I also noticed how the guys would switch back and forth between cars rather than get one car done and move onto the next. There's also still crap stuck in my grill so they clearly don't do their job 100%. AND it looks like they barely wiped my wheel wells. There's still dirt all over I can easily wipe with a napkin. What makes me more upset is that I called to express what had happened and the guy said "I don't know what I can do for you. We can give you a free deluxe wash if you come back". I don't want my car washed, I just got a wash. It should've been done correct from the start. What you can do, is give me my money back along with the $10 tip I gave the worker who clearly did not earn it. Very disrespectful to treat a customer like that. We signed up for a membership at your car wash. We quickly learned that it wouldn't work for us when the man typing in the plates would consistently argue with us that we didn't have a pass and the lines were so long it was impossible to get a wash quickly. There were several times where I would sit and wait for someone to the point were twice I had to get out of my car and go find someone. When he would get there he would tell me that I didn't wait that long. I tried over and over again to get the guy to cancel our membership. His response was "only the owner can, come back and try to catch him". So I went back several times and he was never there. He finally told us that if we didn't like it then we should call our bank and dispute it. So we did. Our bank couldn't put a block on the charge because it was someone physically typing in the card numbers. Well the car wash continued to charge. I disputed those charges and closed down my bank card. I just looked at our statement and guess what?! More charges!!! Apparently we had put the charges on my husbands card so now we get to shut his card down as well.. Early bird special is a joke, they say the computer won't let them enter it so no discount as advertised! False marketing for sure! I have been in 5-6 times and the service varies based on who is working. Get the $25 wash and tell the workers you'll tip well if they do a little more. That usually gets my dash and doors shined. DO NOT USE this business if you aren't paying in cash!! This business will over charge you and not correct the problem when using a credit and debit card. The attendant claims to not know how and contacts the owner. The owner will not come to the location to correct the problem. He simply says to contact your bank or credit card and dispute the claim. I was charged $308 instead of only the $39. During my visit I was shown several tickets where the same thing was done. This business would get negative stars if that was an option. Disputing the claim can take as many as 45 days and there is no guarantee. read more

Quick and easy! This location is right on the SW corner of Prosper Trail and Preston Rd, next to the Exxon gas station. I usually come in the mornings between 9-10 and I get in and out with no problems. The staff is friendly and they've always done a great job on the exterior/interior of my car. I chose the INTERIOR SUPER CLEAN package today.... And it just so happened to be Ladies Day, so I got 15% off. That was a nice surprise. They took the time to clean the wheels, in between each and every (annoying) spoke, which were extremely dirty from brake dust, rain, construction debris, road dirt, etc. The staff seam pleasant and nice and did what was asked of them. Much easier and definitely quicker than me trying to wash it myself... Especially when it's 40 degrees outside! Now my car looks Great and that makes me feel Great too! read more

Nice employees, but extremely slow service. I have no patience for having to wait for somebody just wipe down my vehicle and put shine on my tires. That should be a five minute process, at the most. Their process is that all levels of service have to wait for the same for people to work on the car, whether or not it is an express style service or a detailed service. They need to have a lane for express service only, where someone is there to do nothing more than towel dry the car and apply tire shine. read more
