Both Jan and Kelsie are very knowledgeable and talented trainers who teach practical skills in how to be great leaders for our dogs in a fun environment. The staff is so friendly, my dog loves to go here! We recently lost one of our dogs, and I put a note in our account when i scheduled my other dog to board. I asked that they remove the dog who passed away from our account( it's just hard to see the reminder and have all those feelings come up again). They did exactly as I asked. When we picked our dog up from daycare today the staff at Bandit's had a sweet bouquet with a note attached. I was so touched. I have never experienced this level of customer service or sympathy from another facility. They know my dog by name when I walk in to drop my dog off; the level of personal care that they offer is unparalleled. I can't say enough good things about Bandit's, and we will continue to be customers as long as we have dogs to board.

He is calm, and not in my face all the time. This guy really knows dogs. If you have a dog that is out of control like Maxwell Louis was, this is the guy for you. Max was a biter. I just joined this club recently. Several positive trainers have banded together to offer low-cost…read moregroup training classes up and down the I-15 corridor in Utah County. For an extremely reasonable monthly fee (which is even cheaper if you pay annually), you get to take as many classes as you want. Three-four different classes are offered a week in varying locations. Andrew was so great with my dog, and was calm and helpful. My dog improved dramatically overnight (she is mainly just overly excited to see other dogs). Types of classes currently include Canine Good Citizen test prep, open practice, trick training, and pack walks. So far the class size has been small, which is great.

They are also really patient and willing to talk about any questions or concerns you have. At the end of the day, they always send you home with training tips and exercises to work on at home for consistency. During the day, the dogs get a good balance of training, playing, and socializing so they don't get overwhelmed or bored.

We were given the tools to build structure and a good connection with George and Luna. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with us.

Left this same review on Google, but thought I should share it here too for the Yelp users…read more We had our pet bunny spayed here and were send home with some pain medication and a cone for her to wear that would prevent picking at the incision. We were told that if she was not eating normally by the morning, to bring her back in. That was the case so we returned the next morning. They gave us some critical care to force feed her and directed us to feed her 7 ml a day. Come the next morning her conditions were worsening. It was Sunday, so A Caring Vet was closed. We were forced to find an emergency vet elsewhere. After the emergency vet evaluated our bunny's current condition, we were informed that A Caring Vet had not prescribed her strong enough pain medication to ease our bunny's pain and our bunny needed to be feed closers to 80 ml of critical care a day to receive all the nutrients she needs. We were also informed that a cone should almost never be used on a bunny as it will cause stress levels to rise doing more harm than good. We were told that a bunny with the correct pain medication dosage will usually not pick at the incision. If you have a bunny, I strongly recommend you take him/her elsewhere, While A Caring Vet will attend to bunnies, they do not seem knowledgeable in the proper post operative care that a bunny requires.

I have referred him to many of my friends. However, to be perfectly honest, his prices are a bit high. I'm sure he has raised his prices because the cost of inflation although at times I could not bring either my cat or my dog to visit him because of the price of his office visit. I often thought it would be beneficial, if he allowed his old patients to be grandfathered in and allow them to pay what his office visit was five years ago. Nevertheless, he is the absolute best vet and all of Utah county. Sincerely Angi
