One of the best rolls I've tasted in a while and the rice to filling ratio was on point! It had shrimp tempura, cucumber, avocado, snow crab meat, topped with tempura flakes, crunchy onions, masago, and seared scallops with spicy mayo and eel sauce on top. I added cream cheese too and it was an explosion of flavors in my mouth. The roll was excellent! I would get it again! I also had tamago (sweet egg) and inari (tofu pouch) nigiri and they both were fresh and delicious as well! My best friends said their sushi and ramen were pretty good.
