The owner runs the truck and cooks the food fresh on her own, so allow for some extra time because of this, especially if it's busy. Both of the meat options tasted wonderful, and the cucumbers add a really nice contrast of texture and flavor. The meats are mild on their own, but the sauces can be spicy. If you're sensitive to spice, you might want to ask for other sauce options or go without. My only regret is that I didn't buy more, because I could really eat these all day.
