I had my whole house replaced with Luxury Plank Vinyl. Black Diamond told me all I needed to do to…read morefix the drop surface of baseboards was to paint it. Manager said just find molding to match the door trim. NO... NO... it is not this simple. The floor installer put the quarter around back up in such a dishevel. Please do not let Black Diamond Flooring tell you all you have to do is paint. Also, I see now that there should be an cushion layer between substrate and the luxury plank, an underlayment. I now have a lot of bumps in my flooring where the installers did not care enough to make the surface free of debris. $11,000 and this has installation may have just depreciated my house this much on the market. Please don't let this company talk you into this. Insist that the baseboards and door trim looks nice before you pay the finished bill.

This is our second time using them as we had them replace our carpet about 12 years ago. Their excellent customer service, knowledge of their products and the professionalism of the installers is what made us reach out to them for a second time. Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! Especially with how prices have went up on everything. I thought we paid a fair price and they were not trying to gouge us. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.

We made an appointment for them to come by and look at our house and give us an estimate for the square footage. However when the day of the estimate arrived, Alsup never did. We waited all day, and at 4:00 called alsip. Danielle told us that our appointment had been at 9:30, but she had thought it was 1:00. I mentioned that it's now 4:00, is anybody coming? Oh well, it was just a scheduling mistake. I said that my husband and I would have to take another day off of work each to reschedule and therefore did not wish to and she goes oh well. This is not the attitude of a store that gives a darn about its customers.

She went the extra mile to compare the back splash tile with the cabinets. When the builder messed up on the handicapped shower and tiling for it, she was determined to help us make it right. Where the builder would not help us make it right, Bounds as the subcontractor stepped forward to correct the shower tiles. If you need flooring and tiling make sure you check them out. They back their work even when it is someone else's fault.
