Absolutely adore this studio! They offer yoga (hot, power, and yin) as well as spinning and rowing. I signed up for their first timer deal for $49, 30 days unlimited. I love the beautiful paintings and murals on the walls, and I loved that there are no mirrors in the studios which really helps you focus on yourself. They create a loving, positive vibe without competition or pretentiousness. All of the instructors I took class with were wonderful. Four stars for a great local yoga studio with a variety of classes. They're open 365 days a year with great hours. There's a couple different studios. They're decent sized but can get full fast. The teachers are engaging but the classes just haven't 100% sold me. That said, their prices absolutely can't be beat, especially the sales, 20 classes were like $159. Overall, definitely a place I'll continue to go to but not a full replacement for my now closed studio. I do have a few more class types to check out to see if they make this one worthy of five stars, but definitely had a good experience so far and do recommend it for those into yoga. read more

Note: I have only participated in the Community Yoga class offered Saturdays at 4:15. This 45-minute class is a gift to the community and we are grateful. Rotating instructors give unique flavor to this invigorating and focusing experience. I have never left a session disappointed or less than prepared to take whatever life may throw at me off the mat. That speaks to the quality of the class. Yogis quickly make you feel welcome and are there to support you throughout the experience. The space may seem small, but it holds a lot of heart. I enjoyed going here pre pregnancy, however, I am really dissappointed that I purchased a 10 class pass without realising there was such a short 3 month expiry. It is very difficult as a new mum to get away from the baby to get to classes, and also I had a wrist injury. When this was explained to them, I was given a one month extension (which I still could not use) or told if I bought more classes that I would get my 9 unused classes back. Joining warrior one was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I have been going for one month now and never felt more physically and mentally fit before. The studio consists of two long rooms right next to each other, the one on the left serves as the spinning studio and the one on the right is where most of the yoga classes happen. They offer a variety of classes, spinning, hot power, cool power, express classes, yin/slow deep stretch, combination classes, meditations etc. I love it because everyday there is something depending on my mood and availability. Classes start as early as 5 am and go until 8 pm. They use the mind, body app/website so signing up for classes is super easy! You can pay for one class at a time, buy packages or auto pay unlimited (check the site for prices!). Each teacher has their own style and so far I've enjoyed them all! They all truly care about the well being of their students and are passionate about yoga and supporting you on your journey. Pro tips: *parking in the lot is limited (remember to try street parking!) so make sure and leave time for that *bring your own mat but they do have some if you forget. This is not so much a review but a huge thank you to everyone involved with Warrior One this Thanksgiving.    I can't explain how much you have all meant to me.  I adore this place with all my heart.  I started coming regularly at the start of August 2019.  Rehab from a knee operation in January was going badly.  Stress at work gave left me with Shingles on my face and I was bedridden for the entire month of May. Finally I had just become a Dad for the first time to a beautiful baby girl, Rose, at 39 years old and my whole world changed.   Yoga, at very rare times, was part of my fitness regime. At present yoga is my only source of exercise yet miraculous things have started to happen.  Physically my knee is feeling much stronger.  One morning I came out of a class and ran to my car which is incredible considering I haven't been able to run in over 2 years.  Mentally, Stress at work is now managed by focusing on the tools yoga has given me and my job performance has never been better.  As for fatherhood I really feel I am a better Dad than I would have ever been without yoga. I truly believe that I'm the best man in the world for that job. We even practice yoga together.  Rose has already mastered reclining butterfly.  All the doubts and fears I had about not being a good enough to be a father have vanished.  I love every precious second I have with her. I am from the UK and my partner Jami is from Western New York which meant we do not have any family support in town.  I work days and Jami works nights which meant time was now a precious commodity.  Jami encourages me to get to class because she can see how my mood is lifted by the positive resurgence it gives my life.  Our teachers always tell us to take our yoga out into the world and I always come back home delighting in something that happened during class.  Occasionally I'll talk about a pose that I had just learned but most of the time I tell her about a lesson that I learnt from class. 6am, before work, was my time to check in with myself.  Olivia reminds us that we get to wake up twice.  We wake up to come to yoga where we truly get to wake up.  I am much more productive and positive when I start my day with yoga class. Kathy and Reed's class is so much fun.  They have me smiling as soon as I walk through the door at 5:50am.  Kathy tells us all the ways she uses her practice in her daily life and this in turn has helped me find opportunities during my day when I can practice yoga.    Grant and Debs class taught me about the importance of community and how we can inspire each other just by showing up.  I feel inspired by those around me and I hope by showing up, pushing myself and by trying new things I can inspire those around me in return.  I have really enjoyed getting to meet my fellow Brit Debs in the process. "We were born within one hour of each other."   I loved every class and every teacher. They are all unique, inspirational and offer various positive perspectives.  One Sunday with Stephanie gave a great lesson which has stuck with me since regarding stress.  Stress is the one thing that has stifled my personal growth.  She talked about stress being created by thinking about the past and worrying about the future.  The lesson she gave moved along slowly and progressed only while we held chair pose but I was clinging to her words.  She talked about the best tools to deal with stress.   These tools being Breath - Meditation - Exercise which all sound exactly like yoga.   With my family growing we are moving to a bigger house in Dr Phillips this December.  Not being able to attend Warrior One as much as I like has saddened me at times but Jami has let me know I can still visit at the weekends if I'm good.   With this post, in lieu of 3 social media posts, I have now completed the November Plank Challenge. This morning along with the rest of class we achieved the goal of a 3 minute plank.   I'll wear my t-shirt with pride wherever I practice yoga.  I hope I represent Warrior One well. I've been a Warrior for years now and am currently participating in my first Handstand Challenge! 10 for 10 days, 20 for the next 10 days, and 30 for the last 10 days of the month. The studio has really demonstrated their yoga muscles and flexibility during the quarantine. They instituted free daily meditations as well as numerous Zoom classes. It's been very supportive in this trying time. This is the strongest, deepest community I've experienced at a studio. What a great Yoga studio! Just moved into the area and drove past this place on one of my first days in the neighborhood. I went to a class the next day and was so impressed with what I found! The studio is broken up into two sections, half offers Spinning classes, the other half is a yoga studio. It is located right in the heart of Audobon Park just a few doors down from Park Ave CDs and Redlight Redlight. The ambiance is bright and colorful and just a great environment to be around. I took a class with the owner, Kim, which was a lot of fun! She really adds a lot of fun and humor to her classes which is awesome and brings such a great energy to the studio. I really enjoyed the class and immediately signed up for a pass. One of the most impressive things about this studio is their dedication to offering SO many classes in a day, starting as early as 5:00 am and going much later on into the evening. This is perfect for those with 9-5 jobs that still want to get a good practice in their daily routine. I can't wait to continue going to this studio, I think it is run by great people and is an awesome local business that is definitely worth checking out. Warrior ONE is truly something else. I moved here from New York 3 years ago and became part of the Warrior ONE FamIly right away. It's a small space but they can fit about 35 people in the yoga studio and 15 people in the spin room. I like the small space, I love the community feel. Everyone there from instructors to desk staff to students are all so sweet and loving. I appreciate knowing people and having people know me. The yoga room has a padded floor, which is nice on knees and elbows and hip bones. There are amazing paintings and murals all through the the studio which are really inspiring. The instructors are very knowledgable, many of them have 300 hour certifications (the average is 200hour). There are all types of classes from really chill calm and relaxing Yin in a cool room to really powerful energizing exciting Power in a Hot room, and a few in between like Happy Hips and Hamstrings and Cool Flow. There are over 100 classes per week at all different times from 5am til 10pm some days. The spin classes are a blast. They have all different lengths from 20 minute spin to 45 minute spin and then 50 minute yoga to 75 minute yoga. You're bound to find SOMETHING that fits your schedule! read more

I purchased the monthly membership and have been maybe 6 times in 7 days. I've tried Yin (I'm hooked) Cool Flow (mellow but not easy) Hot Power (yowsah. my first hot yoga and I didn't drink enough ahead of time) and Half Hot Power Half Deep Stretch (I loved it despite the heat--kind of a vinyassa flow followed by some excellent deep stretches.) I love this studio. I've done a lot of yoga in a lot of places and I always like it. But I love the vibe which is consistent across instructors and classes. I like the little hole-in-the-wall studio with the colorful murals on the ceiling and walls, I like the niceness of the instructors (and team?) who greet you at the door, I like the music. I love the flexibility and diversity of the schedule. Honestly, I can't explain exactly why I like this place so much. They do a wee bit of hands on--oils and adjustments and mini massage--and that combined with the overall attitude seems like what yoga should be--a feeling that we are in this together, doing yoga together. I confess, I cannot stand the pilates yoga studios with crisp, efficient, full-of-themselves young people LEADING the class. Paid $7 for drop in rate. Showed up and the instructors were so nice- they lent me a towel & helped me get set up (it was my second time doing yoga). I started taking classes here over 2 years ago and immediately knew it was a special place . I was on my own fitness journey and Kim the owner told me she was going to be doing a spin certification training . After thinking about it I decided to go out of my comfort zone and get certified . Warrior one welcomes ANYONE ! It is a judgement free zone and the culture of the studio empowers you to accomplish any goal you want to ! After a few months Kim encouraged me to think about YTT training which is a Baptiste style yoga certification. Initially my thoughts tried to talk me out of it but then my conscious screamed " go for it" so I did and it changed how I live my life . Warrior one is a magical place ! They empower you and teach you that fitness can be fun . The Baptiste style of yoga whether it be Hot Power ( an amazing cardio workout ) or a Yin class ( Think breath with slow prolonged stretches while applying light sandbags to ground you in your pose ) to a heart pumping spin class .Soon warrior will have rowing ! Yes that's right Row, spin and yoga and I almost forgot weights ! Class prices are very reasonable .You have a choice to buy a package of classes that do not expire or there is an option for a monthly unlimited membership but without those awful contracts that rope you in and make you sign away your life and all of your money ! What I also love is how much the owners Kim and Dore give back to the community ! They have a veterans program that will help veterans get oriented to Yoga ! They also give free community classes offered by YTT 300 hour trained students and free community spin classes . My happy place! Before I found Warrior One, thanks to a long time friend, I really wasn't a fan of yoga. I tried it over & over, but just couldn't get into it. One class at Warrior One & I was hooked! All of their instructors have tons of training & are great at switching up class formats. I do have a favorite instructor, Danielle! I love lots of the others too, but Danielle is that person who makes you feel special, safe & loved. Every class of hers that I attend is amazing. I've been to so many & no two are alike, which I love. I can't go into a class week after week & do the same thing everytime. She's incredible at flow, spirituality, all of it. It's like a cleansing of your body, spirit & mind each time. And they always make everyone feel comfortable. It's not a competition & you can go at your pace. Since joining Warrior One, I try to make it to at least one class a week, which is huge for me. They've done a lot of expanding recently & the classes are a bit roomier. Danielle's classes do tend to be full, so be prepared to be close to your neighbor. This is definely my happy place & I feel so lucky to have found this studio. read more

Since moving to Orlando, I have been on a quest to replace my previous much loved yoga studio. After several beginner package "nope, I won't be back" I have found a home. Warrior One attends to the spiritual, mental side of yoga, which is as important to me as the physical. Some people may want the power without the zen, but the balance of the two is what I am seeking. I am encouraged to leave the mat with a better state of mind than I came to it. The place is very welcoming. They realized I was new the first time and made to feel welcome, and recognized the second time, and they were genuinely happy to see me back. The space is comfortable with padded floors and fun paintings to look at during the long yin poses. The sandbags that are placed on you during some of the longer poses are something new to me, but it felt amazing. I wonder if they have considered a crossover event with the neighboring brewery? Love this yoga studio! They have an easy online class schedule where you can sign up right through it. You can check their current class specials and buy packages or individual classes. I've been to a few different yoga classes at this studio and I've practiced at many other studios as well. Their hot yoga isn't as hot as I have practiced before. Perhaps it's just the limitations of the space or it's just their unique preference. Also each teacher adds a unique twist to each class! This is great because some yoga studios have the same flow for each class from each instructor. This means you might get to throw in some extra poses each class and learn something new. The instructors have challenged me and taught me many new poses I have never even heard of from other studios. They have mats, blocks, and towels for you to borrow. They also have filtered water and cubbies in the front for your stuff. read more

Kim has this soothing voice and narrates her way through the entire class while somehow breathing into the mic to remind you to do the same. Time flies by when she is teaching. She is also very technical, encouraging the safest (and challenging) ways in and out of asanas based on the latest studies. Not for anything, she has a few degrees to back it up.. Don't just walk right in! There is no separate reception room. You may be interrupting a class. Warrior One is a small, quaint studio in Audubon Park that offers the best of both worlds: yoga & spin. They also offer some weight classes, just 29 minutes long or so, perfect to get you going. I love that variety, keeps my workouts fresh & with a nice mix of options! All of the teachers I've had at Warrior have been great, but Chelsea's spin classes are my favorite so check her out! Here's the best part about this studio: it's totally affordable! Typically Yoga & Spin studios are pricey but Warrior One makes it totally doable for you to afford great classes, in a fun space, by awesome teachers. Thank you Warrior One! Took a Yin class here this past Friday night and it was the perfect way to end the week. I think this is what a non-yogi (like me) wants out of a yoga class; stretching, relaxation, and an escape from the chaos of daily life. This was definitely the most enjoyable yoga class I've been to because of the comfort of the venue and instructors as well as the extra attention to detail (putting sandbags on people in the class in the middle of poses as well as little scalp massages throughout the class. My go-to studio. I wasn't a fan of hot yoga prior to coming here but Carol, Danielle and Kim have made it something I enjoy regularly. These women are empowering and brought me a level of peace I didn't know existed within myself. The schedule is loaded so there's always a class that works for me. There are non-heated basic classes to hot steamy power classes. One of my favorite classes is the "Happy Hips - Happy Hamstrings" class which is great for runners! In one word, this studio is simply AMAZING. I could not ask for anything else from a yoga studio. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and intimidating. After just two classes the instructor already new my name and had taken an interest in getting to know me. One thing that I love about this place is how the classes are so modifiable that they pretty much appeal to any level. I brought my mom to a class, who has severe back problems and they were so accommodating and helpful. The studio itself has no mirrors(which I personally like), offer towels for each class, and have fun murals on the walls that make for great vibes. Not only do they offer an amazing class, but they do not lack attention to detail. Assistants often come around with essential oils or to give you a quick scalp massage...it's divine. I love the challenge of these classes and the atmosphere of this place. While their prices are a little high, I gotta say it's worth it. There really is nothing else that I could ask for. P.S. Power Core with Danielle C. is the best! Danielle knows how to push you and remind you why you are there, while also helping you to relax and escape from reality for a bit. This review is for the free community yoga session Saturday @ 4pm with Drew. This is the first yoga session I have had at warrior one and really loved it. So nice to have one instructor calling out the poses while another rounds to help with breathing and poses. I am a beginner and needed a supportive, friendly environment- that is definitely what I experienced today. There is currently a deal - $39 for 30 days of unlimited classes. I've been doing yoga incredibly irregularly for about 4 years now. I'm that girl that loves to workout but also cake.... I can rock a headstand but can't touch my toes. I would go to yoga maybe once a month or maybe 6 times a year.....until I came to Warrior One. Now I do yoga a few times a week. This is the first studio I've felt a really great bond with, an accepting energy and kick butt music. It seems like every class has both incredibly dedicated yogis and amazing fun newbies which is just the vibe I like, no one trying to outdo the person next to them. One of my favorite things and something I hadn't gotten at any other studio is a more personalized experience, some people don't like to be touched but I love when the instructors come around and push my pose a little further or give a little shoulder rub while in shivasana (spelling? bueller?). Even when I'm drenched in sweat it still seems to bring on some sort of crazy serenity. The studio is smaller so I almost always go on weekdays which provides ample stretch room. The weekends can get crazy and I personally dislike feeling like a jenga set so I'd work in early morning classes or weekdays if you feel like that too. (all the orlando studios seem to get cramped at 10am on Sundays tho right?) But seriously I will be a lifetime WOPY member, they've won my heart and really made me fall in love with yoga for the first time. Kim the owner is so intelligent she can probably name every bone, muscle and ligament in the body but she's got such a playful lighthearted attitude it's the perfect balance. I love this studio. The instructors are very calming and positive. I found my center and my calmness coming to yoga. The schedule is excellent as there are classes as early at 6am and late as 8pm. Wow! I love this place! From the moment I laid eyes on the frequently asked questions section of their website, I knew this was a place to visit. They were so very inviting in the messages on their site. I felt empowered simply by reading. I was a little confused by which studio offered yoga (probably my own fault my missing something on the website - the yoga is in the next mall over from the rowing and spin). But there was a lovely sign with hearts that directed me to the right place. Outside of the studio were two really friendly studio assistants. They checked me in quickly and made wonderful conversation while doing so. The students waiting for class to begin were also friendly and welcoming. The studio is so sweet with beautiful messages on the walls! I took a flow class (not heated) with Melissa. Melissa was awesome. I appreciated that Melissa came over to say hello and to go over any injuries or issues I was dealing with (the woman who checked me in did the same). Melissa's flow was beautiful. She used the physical postures and our breathing to help us all to learn things we could take home with us and practice off of our mats.
