I had a terrible experience there. We came about an 30 minutes before closing. I feel like we were rushed in and rushed out. We were told my son's thumb was not fractured and that somebody would be giving me a call back in a day or two when a radiologist looked at it. Two days go by no phone call no nothing assumed that his thumb is fine. Get a letter in the mail eight days later telling me I need to contact them because his test results came back not good.. when I contact them and say how come no one contacted me she has the nerve to say somebody called me four times because they don't send out letters unless somebody's been contacted four times but for some reason, no one left a message to let me know to call them back, which seems kind of crazy when a child has a fractured appendage. I will never ever go back there again. I would never recommend that place to anyone if you want crappy care then go see them. I would give zero stars, but it won't let me. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about this urgent care. I have visited this urgent care over the years but just so happens I visited 3 times over the last two months (flu and in need of stiches put in and removed). Everyone from the receptionist to the check-in nurse and then seeing the doctors is so nice and efficient. In each of my last three visits I was in seeing a nurse within minutes of my arrival and thru my procedure/treatment within the hour. I wish I could make this urgent care my new primary care physician, because I do get treated better here then my own Dr office. Great work Warren Urgent Care, Thank-you. read more

I can't thank the Dr. and his staff enough. My son (13 months) had his first (of many I'm sure!) big fall and cut his head open so we made our way up there. The receptionist suggested we go to the ER so I asked if I could see the Dr and she grabbed him. He came out to the waiting room and examined my son, told us everything is ok and gave us some bandages and sent us on our way. Such a kind gesture for a worried new dad! Thanks doc! read more

She refused to give me the proper medication that has worked in the past and actually hung up on me when I called back to talk to her. I've been in medical facilities since my mom was a nurse for 17 years and I've never seen such dirty facilities. There's no excuse for this medical facility to look like this regardless of location or personal. People come here to get help in a place that feels clean and sterile and this is the total opposite. We only came here because is the closes one from our home and the other one that we know was closed. Medical facilities have a cleaning standard and this is far from it. I want to start this review by saying the staff at the front was nice and so was the doctor and African American nurse who started helping me, however after I got in the room a middle aged nurse with dark hair came in and started asking me questions about why I came in this evening. I tried explaining to her my symptoms and she kept rushing me along, repeating her questions and talking over me when I tried to answer. After that I was taken to a different room where I waited for the doctor, she asked for me to provide a urine sample (I explained to her I thought I may be suffering from a UTI) when I walked into the bathroom my boyfriend, who was with me over heard the dark haired rude nurse saying "i guarantee she's just pregnant" Turns out I have a UTI that spread to my kidneys. Moral of the story if you're in the health care industry I think you should be kind to the people you're assisting, and you should not gossip about patients when they are just feet away from you. I think this was extremely rude and unprofessional. read more

This is NOT an "Urgent Care". This is a "When we get around to it" walk in clinic. I sat waiting ( and bleeding) while the receptionist checked in people for work physicals instead of processing my paperwork. Anyone who is actively bleeding should be immediately seen. They need at least a basic assessment for risk and and blood loss. There was one patient ahead of me and I waited an hour (still bleeding). The entrance is not clearly marked and difficult to find. Came here because it was the closest care facility to my work. I will never return. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my 3 year old daughter here and they missed her fractured collarbone! The dr told me it wasn't fractured or broken so there was no point in taking xrays. She suffered for two days until I took her to her pediatrician and they did xrays and found the fracture. I do not recommend this place. Horrible!!! read more

Charice my X-ray tech and Tessa the nurse were so kind and helpful. The intake, X-ray process, and splinting were done efficiently with very little wait time and everyone I came into contact with was very professional. The establishment was well maintained and very clean. The two doctors that I saw were extremely thorough and competent and willing to answer any questions that I had, and even went above and beyond in explaining my follow-up care. My only suggestion would be keeping up to date with modern splinting techniques. Overall AMAZINGGGG experience! read more

This is a really nice, clean and well-run facility, Dr Kahn was very friendly, kind and informative, as was the staff. My husband had injured his hand, we were able to get in at 6, pm, got an examination, x-ray & cast, done within an hour. Highly recommend! read more

I went in on7/21/18. I was immediately asked for a co-pay. I informed the receptionist that I had met my out of pocket maximum for the year and was no longer responsible for any co-payments. I even showed her this information within my health insurance app. The receptionist insisted that to be seen I had to pay the co-pay. I pay because I was desperate for relief of my ailment. I was reassured that if my insurance company's explanation of benefit did show that I was not responsible for the amount, that it would be refunded. Well, her it is February 2019. NO refund. I call them today, yet again, and did speak with a nice woman who immediately refunded the amount to by FSA card. I just really do not understand why medical facilities want the patient to be responsible for knowing their benefits, but when we tell them out benefits they do not believe us!! So first off, the urgent care was no where near busy when I came in. There were two patients a head of me. But it took a solid 40 minutes for the receptionist to fill out my paperwork. Another thing that pissed me off was that before being seen, I was required to pay my copay. Any other doctor i've been to have never done that. I feel that's just the professional etiquette. Not to mention I feel like the doctor rushed me after waiting an hour she was with me for a total of 2 minutes. I went in for flu symptoms and bronchitis. She didn't test me or swab me. She just checked my breathing and then prescribed me a z-pak. I've been to other urgent cares and I went to this one because it was closer. But after the shitty service I don't think i'll ever be back. My sister went their previously to me a few days ago and I went in because i thought she got me sick. My sister turns out to have been positive for flu and not bronchitis when the same doctor told her she was. But my sister had to find out from the emergency room of a hospital. Turns out she should have ran the tests to verify her claim. When she didn't my sister got worse. poorly managed establishment where i believe it's not patients first but money first since they'd rather get the money than see you. Which in turns gets you crap medical care. read more

This place is a joke. I went in on a Friday with what I thought was a urinary tract infection. They never checked the urine sample that had me give them. Gave me a prescription for antibiotics and said to get checks by my doctor in 4 weeks. End up it was not a UTI. If they had bothered to check the sample it would have told them that. read more

Blood draw gone horrible... This is to WARN everyone not to have any blood draw done here by the guy named Khalid. He is middle eastern with bald head. On April 5 went to conduct a routine blood draw and biometric test. After finishing the biometric measurements, he then proceeded with blood draw. My veins are very visible and easy to draw off of. Once done, I put my shirt back on and noticed it was wet, I looked at it and it was soaked with blood, coming out of bandaid. I freaked out as this had never happened to me before. He states that 'this is normal'. The nurse starts running into the examination room apologizing and she tells me this kind of thing never happens. The guy, Khalid, comes back, puts a thick pad of gauze to soak all the blood which after 10 minutes was still not stopping. The guy Khalid says you are good to go. I demanded to speak to the manager, ADAM. He was not available. The nurse told me he would call me back. He never did. Do you yourself a favor, DO NOT go to this place for a blood draw, especially if you end up with Khalid - he was a complete amature. My next step is to report this place to BBB. read more

I decided to remove my immature review and replace it with a more professional review of our late December 2018 experience. Do not go here. The picture in the waiting room tells it all. I wondered why we were the only people in this place especially during the busy holidays. Front Desk - the one single positive thing I can say is the clerks were all pleasant, professional and friendly. The Doctor - Anyone who knows my history, I have had a LOT of life threatening and severe medical emergencies. Doctors don't always have the best bedside manner, they work long shifts and deal with tragedy daily..... but in my experience every single doctor I have met at least seemed like they truly cared and had my best interest as their priority...... EXCEPT this place. I took my wife to this place for severe abdominal pain. The doctor barely acknowledged my wife. The doctor stood across the room and asked my wife about the symptoms. She didn't do a physical exam and no blood work. Just a urine sample and said you have a UTI. We asked if this was an emergency but she said that depends on you / us? She prescribed Keflex and said I will meet you at the front with your discharge papers shortly. She did not go to the front desk. We were handed a typical legally ambiguous worded paper that said had you should go to the emergency room..... buried in the middle. The doctor never said these words and definitely didn't show any concern during our "stand across the room no physical exam!" In addition the clerk never said these words. We left this place second guessing what to do. But luckily went to the emergency room where my wife was given a simple blood test and immediately rushed into further testing for a life threatening infection. The owner of this place said we clearly stated what to do in the discharge papers. The owner also said we do not have the equipment to diagnose emergencies........really you can't do a simple blood test? My rebuttal.... then why would this doctor prescribel Keflex ( the bottom barrel antibiotic ) if she was indeed telling us to go to the emergency room? AVOID AVOID AVOID...... if for no other reason that.... the owner him or herself... said they are not equipped for anything serious. read more

One star would be considered a compliment. I'd give this place no stars if I could. Don't go to this place! The exam room I was in was dirty. Ants everywhere, hair on the floor, candy wrappers around the exam chair. As if I wasn't already uncomfortable as it is, the "doctor" walked in and I felt immediately even more uncomfortable. She walked in looking very annoyed and just as unkept as the rest of the room. "Dr" Ratna Pasupulati leaned up against the counter and proceeded to ask me the same questions over and over in different wording. It was as if she didn't believe a word I was saying nor that I was in pain. I walked in for chest pain and breathing issues, and I left out with a prescription for a z-pak. I don't have a sinus infection. I have chest pain. Not the slightest clue of a cold on me. Even the pharmacist at my local CVS was confused. To make matters worse, the urgent care receptionist told us the fee we paid included the prescription. It wasn't included. The pharmacist felt so bad she tried to find coupon codes to help me with the cost. I ended up not getting it. I wish I could take back my $80, or be seen by a better fit Doctor. I feel I didn't get a fair evaluation at all. My advice everyone is to not go to this urgent care, and if you do, ask to not be seen by this so called "Doctor." She's rude, dismissive, unkept, and just flat out horrible. It's also hard to understand her with that thick accent, which I would not have mind if it weren't for her attitude. If I could not even give this a review a star I would, but it won't let me submit it without one. I had to go here last weekend, because I was breaking out in a rash of some kind. It was getting worse, so I went here at 7:00 on a Saturday night. There was no one else in the facility, and they didn't close till 10:00pm, so I figured the service would be good, and the workers friendly. I was wrong on so many levels, I would NEVER go back there. They basically robbed me of my $40 copay...the medical assistant who took my vitals, was so unpleasant, rushing through everything, didn't even put the right size cuff on my for the blood pressure. These things may seem small to some people, but it's very important. She was in and out within 2 minutes, I waited a few minutes for the Dr, and when he came in to see the rash he looked at it for about 30 seconds, and said "there bug bites" I said there not bug bites, they keep multiplying indoors, outdoors, overnight, pretty much whenever they felt like it. He said no I'm sure their bug bites, and wrote me a script for an antibiotic because they looked infected, and another script for a steroid. I was in the office for no more then 10 minutes, and didn't get any kind of answer or relief. I went to my Dr on Monday, and he looked at ONE spot for about 5 seconds, and said you have poison Ivy. I couldn't believe it, 2 days before another SO CALLED Dr. Hasso told me they were bug bites. I wasted a copay, money on antibiotics I didn't even need, and my time by coming to this "urgent care". I would highly recommend you look elsewhere before coming here. It's sad that they are able to operate this way. How can a "Dr" not know what poison ivy is or looks like, even the medical assistant at MY Dr's office said, those are not bug bites....absolutely awful experience. The Dr. and the medical assistant should pursue another career, because they could give two craps about their patients. Shame on this place!! read more
