No estimate of repair on the invoice he received obviously because they didn't know what was wrong with it yet. I called and said we're waiting for parts so I assume for diagnostic purposes. They called back and said "we put a coil and a plug wire on and got it running but oil started blowing everywhere so you need a new motor. But you still owe us $662.00 for what we already did. No call for prior authorization or nothing like that at all. After a heated argument I assume the owner said he would take the parts off but because I was full of S#!t that I would have to pay $380.00 in labor. I heard a guy in the back ground say, "I'm not putting it back together if I have to take of the new parts." So we had to pay and pick up our fully assembled non running Jet Ski. If there were a place to put negative stars I would. I've never been treated like that. I am a former Service Manager myself and have never ever heard of such a thing.

All the campers that we were interested in were unlocked so we were able to get inside of of them. A sales employee came out on a golf cart, and she drove us around to different campers. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She also provided us with cold water bottles which we appreciated as it was quite hot. We didn't make a purchase on this trip so we will discuss our favorite campers and return soon.

Found the same camper over $10,000 less at another rv place. After a general RV found out that price, they wanted to match it . At the end of the day we went to this other place to purchase our camper as we appreciated them, not wasting our time and General RV informed us they would never service our camper strictly because we did not purchase it from them. More happened that we didn't care for, but this sums it up pretty well. Extremely disappointed since we had such a good experience 20 years ago.

The two man team led by Travis arrived on time, packed up the items and brought them to the new location. They removed items from my condo and took them to the street curb for refuse pick up and put the new items inside. Like most storage systems, they offer 24/7 access to add or retrieve things from your unit. We talked with Kristen about availability and pricing. She told us the current monthly prices as: 5'x5' for $45, 5'x10' for $70, and 10'x10' for $100. She said that only 5'x5' units were available at this time but offered to put us on a waitlist for a larger unit, which we accepted. Overall, the grounds and units appeared clean and well maintained. Although the units were not climate controlled, they appeared dry and resistant to the elements. And for our purpose, it is a convenient location between our current home and the area we are focusing on for our next house.
