My camper was brought in for repairs on July 22 nd 2025 on August 4 th kline's called my husband to ask if he had picked up our camper which we did not it was latter found per their surveillance that it was stolen from their service yard July 27 th. Do not recommend!!! Big money grab and poor quality of work!! Multiple problems dealing with Kline..For one we took our camper in the beginning of season before it got to crazy.. we had a problem with a leak behind the shower.. they so called "fixed it " brought it back home was getting ready for a trip and turned out they never fixed the problem still was leaking ... fast-forward to bringing it back in explained to the tech and everyone where the leak was coming.. they proceeded to hold onto the camper for two weeks and called me to say that they cannot find the leak now I'm not no mechanic but I had to explain to them. My shower is leaking. Have you use the shower properly? They were almost dumbfounded, and once I had to explain how to check the problem, they finally found out the solution after taking myself to explain how to look for the problem... now to the money Grab.. with being a first time RV owner I had them go check out the seals on top of the roof. THEY CHARGED ME 500$ to caulk some broken seals... thinking they did a great job by the time I got it home and was able to check on their work not even $20 worth of cock was used now I'm dealing with leaks and water damage it's a shame. Do not recommend. Save your money and try and do it yourself or find a different place. read more

When we decided to start our journey looking for a new travel trailer, we headed for Kline's first and that's as far as we made it. Traveling an hour to see what they had to offer, we weren't disappointed. From our salesperson Jessica, who was taking notes while showing us numerous makes and models. And Ed who after we decided on a KZ Connect C241RLK made things that we were concerned about happen. Mike and Randy in service who showed us the ins and outs of the trailer to setting the truck and trailer up. Gary in parts that helped us with the decision of a couple add-ons and Jeff who got us the financing right for us. I'd say that they went above and beyond but being family-based business, that's what they do. read more

Just had to say what a great experience we had at Kline's RV with Dave and his team. He was very friendly and professional helped us pick out the right 5-wheel hitch for our truck. Then we returned to get new tires, and our 5-wheel washed boy what a great job they did, never had it done better. got us in right away and delivered as he said. If Klines has the RV that you want, and you cannot get it somewhere else, then buy it. I bought a Kline's used RV and paid about $1,000 for them to inspect it, show it to me, etc. I think all dealers charge this just to make more money. The problem was that it was not thoroughly cleaned or inspected. I had to fix the Vizio TV to make it work, (minor parts). I took a shop vac to hard to get areas to clean up junk. An extra feature was removed from the time that I saw it and picked it up. I did not notice it until it was to late to report it. This was a $200 feature. The sales people are great on the phone, (because they are sales people), but management can be rude. The cost of extra things in the store are way overpriced. They gave me a price of $700 for a rearview camera. I put one in for $75 and it took one hour. Great feature for rearview when driving and parking in a driveway or camp spot. read more

I purchased a new RV in May 2021 and was excited to use it. UNTIL I actually did use it, only to find that Kline RV installed the air conditioning and heating dial incorrectly. Three days and nights of 90+ degrees and humidity! When I called Dave, the service manager, he was less than pleasant and wanted me to wait weeks to get it serviced. I told him I already had one trip ruined and was leaving for another in 3 days. He had me come in that day, but I live an hour away. When I arrived, he insisted I leave the RV and would try to have it ready in 3 days. After waiting 2 day's I called for an update. He informed me they found "NOTHING" wrong and I needed to come pick it up. WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! in total I drive 4 hours on two round trips and they acted like I was bothering them. PLEASE... do yourself, friends and family a favor and warn them to NEVER use this dealership. read more

Went to Klein RV as first time RV buyers. We had already planned on buying a pop up from elsewhere and wanted to get some items to be prepared. Spoke with Ron in sales who took the time to show us some available units but didn't dissuade us from buying a pop up or from the other location we were planning on purchasing from. Then we went in to speak with Gary in parts since we wanted an anti sway bar for the pop up. Gary explained everything about installation and recommended You Tube videos as well. When we asked about "must haves" for first time pop up owners he made recommendations and told us about item we may want later but didn't need now. He spoke highly of the camping community and didn't try to sell us everything at once even though I'm sure we had "sucker" stamped on our foreheads! All in all a great experience and definitely recommend! read more

Terrible service department. Always willing to take your money and not fix the problem. Charged me to fix an issue with brakes on the camper and it wasn't even the brakes. It was the controller that we bought from them and THEY installed! They wouldn't admit that was the issue, instead insisted it was everything else. I will NEVER bring my rv to them to be serviced again or ever give them another cent of my money. Don't get scammed by these crooks. Go to General RV or anywhere else but Kline's. We drove almost 2 hours round trip to see why the A/C wasn't working on our brand new travel trailer. They wouldn't look at it quickly to see if it was a user error and made us leave it overnight only to tell us it worked fine and must have been a bad generator (which is also brand new). We also pointed out the screws holding the metal plate in place behind the propane tank were popping out so they said they'd fix it. Nope, not fixed at all. Also never provided the plastic detail strip for the refrigerator door. They seemed very helpful at the time of sale and now don't seem to care about helping their customers at all. Everyone at Kline's RV was absolutely AMAZING! I am SO glad we bought our camper here instead of General RV. The sales team was super friendly and informative. We worked with Tacey and loved her. She was not pushy at all. You could tell she knew the ins and outs of every camper on their lot. She also helped us to get a GREAT deal. Once we actually bought the camper, I was so impressed at how thorough they were. They didn't just sell it to us and send us off. They had a full training course so we could learn how to use every single thing on the camper. We had so many questions and they were patient and spent over 2 hours with us. Our trainer was Sean and he was uber informative, approachable, and down to earth. Then, they even walked us through the store so we could learn what products were best for the camper and what things other places may try to sell you but you don't actually need with Gary. He was great! I am truly so glad we went to Kline's! We'd checked out General RV and they do not even compare. The people there were pushy, salesy, and not as genuine. You can tell Kline's is a family-owned business with down to earth real people. Seriously go to Kline's!! They'll take SUCH good care of you!!!! read more

I brought my 94 Nomad travel trailer to these guys with a ton of issues like gas lines, AC install, drain replacement, battery install, and vent replacements. These guys are the TRUTH. I had my trailer in for service last week because it was leaning to one side. It was returned to me with nothing fixed or adjusted; they told me they looked it over and couldn't find anything wrong. I hauled it up to a campground this past week, and upon arriving to the campground I opened the trailer to find it was filled with smoke from the tires rubbing on the wheel well. I jacked it up and discovered that the leafspring equalizer and shackle straps were so loose you could twist the bolts and shake everything back-and-forth. It doesn't appear that the service technicians who looked at my trailer did a thorough job at all, and I was still charged for labor. I spent all day on Saturday not hanging out with my family at the campground, but working on my trailer so I could get home safely. I will never do business with this place again. Bought a tow bar that didn't work. Returned it the next day. The mgr was a TOTAL jerk. Wanted to return only $100 when he owed me $190. He said he had to wait for 20 minutes past closing time to sell it to me. Said his time was worth something. Berated me because I had no respect for HIS time. I threatened to call police. I yelled, called him a total asshole and a lousy human being. He FINALLY gave me the $190 and then he told me if I bad mouthed him on social media he'd sue me! Well here it is! Great products. However, went to pick our new camper and a bolt would not come off our hitch. At first it was like oh well...go to this store and see if you can get it..us..not someone from there..really. then someone actually looked and found a bolt. They proceeded to charge us 70.00 for the part and LABOR for installing bolt and leveling camper to hitch. Pabor was 60 of that 70. After spending 32,000 on a camper they couldn't work with us..made an exciting day an extreme disappointment. read more

For the past few years, we have had Klein's service our Coachmen camper without issue. We were happy with the work performed and timeliness of completion. They are as pricey as any dealer but it is what it is. Last week I went to their store to see if they would be able to service a used travel trailer we were looking into that was out of state, a Lance. The manager Carl became irate. He was yelling and carrying on. Suffice it to say he was angry that I wasn't buying from him. I told him if he felt this was an inferior brand, show me what he has, I will listen. He walked out on me. I took my business elsewhere and will never go back to Klein's. read more

DO NOT Do Business with Kline's RV!! I called them to see about getting my RV repaired. I explained what was wrong and they (Carl) said they could get me in on Thursday. Oh that's nice!! Here's where things go south. I explained that I have and extended service contract that covers my issue. Carl tells me (very rudely, a Total Jerk) that he has never seen that covered by an insurance policy. It's not really insurance, its a service contract. Against my better judgement I made the appointment after being spoken to rudely and being treated like I'm stupid. So the next day I decide to drive over there and show Carl my documentation. My service contract booklet. Maybe he just didn't understand me over the phone. So I show Carl the booklet and that my issue is covered. Well I guess he did understand me as the told me as rudely as he did over the phone in front of other customers that he doesn't accept my service contract. He probably doesn't honor any Service contracts that's why he's never seen it covered. He was going to wait until I hauled my RV across town and was there to tell me he wasn't going to help me and that I'd have to pay for the repair myself. I should have known better than to call them as this was not the first time I had been talked to and treated this way by the staff at Kline's RV. There are plenty of other dealers out there!! Do yourself a favor and skip this one as they know NOTHING about customer service!!!! I cancelled my appointment. read more

On Thursday I went to Kline's Auto World & RV Center to pick up a new inverted Flare pigtail for my pop up. It's the connecting hose for the propane tank. I needed a propane tank too and was kinda on a time crunch. So I went there and bought what I needed and left. Once I got home I realize someone already got me a tank and the RV place charged me $92 for the one I just bought. I didn't have time to go return it and they were closed already. So I put it in the house and didn't even use it. I went out of town for a few days and today (Monday) I went up there to return it. He told me I can't return it and to use it for my gas grill. I told him don't have a gas grill and I truly don't have any use for it at all. That he can even weigh it. He laughed it off and walked away from me while the two ladies at the counters chuckled and looked at me with sad faces. I never go on social media and complain about companies but this place never told me I couldn't return it and it wasn't posted anywhere in the store either. Trust me, I looked while I wanted 15min to talk to him because everyone working there couldn't help me or give me a answer. read more

I am not one to usually write reviews, but for this level of customer service, I just have to! My fiancé and I felt like we were best friends when we drove away with our camper. The Customer service was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone! They didn't push anything on us. As first time buyers we had many questions, especially about what accessories to buy. They could have easily sold us a bunch of things we didn't need but they were honest and it showed. The Overall experience was excellent! read more

On Sunday 11/25/2018 we drove 5 hours to Warren to purchase a camper we had seen online. Carl sent us pictures of everything we asked for, but we were totally shocked when we looked at the camper. I had asked for pictures to be sure there was no delamination, and I was assured there was none. However upon checking the camper I found both cargo doors badly delaminated, one so bad water poured out of the door itself when opened. We were told the camper was in very good condition and that there would be no surprises if we drove out. However that was hardly true as the floor underneath had new wood and angle iron holding up the floor. I asked to see under the new plywood and was told no it wasn't going to happen. When I told Carl I wouldn't pay even a$1000 for a camper I couldn't check the floor on , he said then I guess we are done! Totally blew us off! Either totally misrepresented the trailer or didn't bother to check it for us when we had asked. read more
