The service here by Marius is AWESOME, he helped me with the van and all the things I needed but he added in a personal touch and helped me navigate and find a doctor to help with my family members sudden health issues. He called just to check in and worked with me as I needed the van for longer than expected. I couldnt imagine a better person to have met during this time in my life. He was also very professional and helped me figure out which things I'd need to make the move easier. The prices here are fair and I took out the extra coverage cuz credit cards don't cover rental equipment and the cost per day was very reasonable and just so easy to pick up and drop off and extend my rental. I'd recommend this place to anyone for their U-Haul needs and special shoutout to Marius he's a real gem of a guy and helped me with finding movers last minute and really just made a difficult situation easier and customer relationships are very important to me he's genuine, thoughtful and kind so I'd recommend this location to anyone as they go above and beyond in my recent experience.

One chair was very dirty on the right arm and by the electronic controls. They look like brand new chairs now. Since Ben and Bill had a little time before their next appointment, I asked whether or not they could do two bedrooms and hallway. They did an excellent job on the floors too. Something I noticed right away is that they put tall corner guards around the doorways and drywall corners to protect my home from the hose being moved throughout the house. I spoke with the office and confirmed the appointment twice as well with instructions to enter through the garage if not husband would not be home. They even told me I would be able to pay via Venmo. Suddenly I get a text in the middle of my work day that the technician named Shane would leave in 10 min if I did not provide a response. I texted 9 minutes later and asked why he was leaving? The technician confirmed he already left after 7 minutes. He didn't even wait the full 10 minutes for my response. When I asked why he didn't enter through the garage he claimed I never said that, despite me explaining that I provided that info to the office that did the scheduling. The technician did not provide any alternative despite me explaining that I have an event tomorrow that I needed the carpets specifically cleaned for. All he did was blame ME. Even if this was simply a miscommunication from the office about the entry instructions, there were so many better ways to address this. For example, calling me like his office did if he didn't know how to enter. Staying the full 10 minutes he promised vs threatened to leave after 10 min, but really leaving after 7. As a realtor who has dealt with good and bad contractors this my friends is a bad one. Who you invite in your home matters and based on my experience thus far, these are not people I would trust to enter my home.
