Check around you will see * Service : I felt like a VIP customer even though I just rented their smaller unit. * Clean level : 6 stars (if it was even possible) * Payment : Online (one time I was late by a couple of days and did not get late fees applied) Finally it was very easy to reserve the unit and even easier to get out. The customer service was really outstanding. If I ever need a storage again I know where to go !

We attempted to bring this to the attention of management, but there was no one on-site (this is Friday, by the way, in the middle of the morning). We attempted to contact customer service and it took 4 attempts to get a human being on the line. The human being on the line was unbelievably unhelpful. Customer service reps at this company apparently cannot see which additional units are available or whether such units might be damaged. After a 30-minute-long, mind-numbing, bang-your-head-against-the-wall-type phone call, we were given another unit ... which also contained water damage. They apparently could not bring a manager to the site so we were told to come back for a scheduled appointment the next day (which was inconvenient as we had brought out items in a rental van with meter running). Given this hellish experience, and the sad, regret-filled looks on all the other consumers who we saw on-site, I would strongly recommend searching elsewhere for storage needs. By the way - beware, there is also a 'one time administration fee', which is mysterious, never explained, and, of course, non-refundable.
