Long time customer and great place to store your goods. Staff very helpful!! Accommodating when I needed to make some changes, etc.

I had been paying the same rate for months, and without any notice my automatic billing suddenly went up to over double. No email, no letter, nothing. When I called to ask why, the woman on the phone was extremely rude, unhelpful, and even hung up on me. They refused to help at all even though I was never informed of the price change. I feel completely taken advantage of and treated with zero respect as a customer. read more

Do. Not. Rent. From. Here. I can't stress it enough, find somewhere else to rent. The prices are great, until they raise them on you in six months. The first story I got was that they do a review of prices and raise your rent based on that, but they raise it for more than what similar units are going for! This goes for all Public Storage facilities, not just this location. Also, there is nothing in the contract stating that such a review and reassessment of your monthly rent will be done. My boat was in storage for less than a week when it was damaged. When I tried to go to the office at 10 am no one was there.... when I called the office three times, went to voicemail. For starters the company lacks any communication to clients. I rented an end unit only to constantly have dirt, mud and a 20 ft by 3 ft drain hole 4 ft from the entry into my unit. Latest debacle, I arrived to find the entry gate moved ( to accommodate renovations) as well as a construction trailer and ramp 3ft from entrance to my unit. NO ROOM TO GET A VEHICLE in front. They charge you for the entire next month unless you vacate the end of the month even though the website doesn't mention that they don't prorate. They will also raise your rates on you unexpectedly. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! Btw, you're also forced to have insurance added to your bill. read more

We needed a place to store our stuff for a year and this place did the trick. Prices were great and there were no surprises. And remember that colossal rain storm/flood last August? We've just rented an outdoor storage space for our boat... the going rate at the stores is much higher than the rate we were able to secure by booking online; it was a bit frustrating that there isn't just one price, you had to search to find the best rates and things seemed to change regularly from store to store. Once we decided on the specific location and rate, we visited the store and worked with Teri to finalize the paperwork and get our codes, etc. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and we had a positive customer service experience! The location is clean, and security seems robust. We are cautious to watch and see if the rate spikes after we've been in for a few months, but we hope not. So far, so good... read more
