Amazing tour. It was well organized with just the right amount of people to be able to enjoy the tour without being crowded. Jack was our tour guide and he did a wonderful job. He was able to give lots of information and answer questions about the Clydesdale horses. We were able to see a couple new babies which made the whole trip worth while. Since I am an animal lover, this was a wonderful experience! These horses are obviously pampered! It was so fun to take the "Behind the Reins" tour where we were able to ride behind two gorgeous Clydesdales and stop periodically to take photos. The ranch itself is beautiful! My partner and I had a really nice experience at warm springs ranch. We're from St. Louis and we've done the other and A/Bush facilities and tours so we wanted to complete our journey. When you arrive someone is there to greet you right off the bat. You have to have a reservation to go in. We did the simplest tour - history and horses. When we arrived we were given a complimentary beer. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and funny. She was easy to hear, especially since they provide headphones, this was a nice touch. We got to see horses, stables, facilities, you name it. No horses were absolutely beautiful and the facility overall extremely well kept. I've been to multiple stables and nothing really compares to how nice this one is. Those horses are very lucky to be there! read more

Such a great experience to see the Clydesdales and hear about the history of the AB family and the connection to Grants Farm. Seeing brand new colts delivered and so many beautiful horses was amazing It was well worth the 2.5 hour drive. Make sure you read about the requirements of your tour before you leave your home. Budwieser (Anhieser Busch) Ranch where they base the Clydesdales live, work and play. Reservations are needed but it's awesome. I don't even like beer and I went. Unfortunately since they didn't have an outing booked we didn't get to see the full dress parade view with all the polished harnesses, medallions and required dalmatian. We were introduced to up and coming youngsters in training and some working horses to brush and comb. We also had photo sessions with a statesman Clydesdale who patiently waited as we gathered to get in a picture together. The Ranch staff are friendly, helpful and so knowledgeable about the history, care for the Clydesdales and everything associated with being ready for the shows, events and parades they are a part of. We didn't book until the day before so we were lucky to book the "Becoming a King" tour. It was terrific, our only spoiler was Missouri was in the middle of the most intense heat wave with Temps in the high 90's. Felt bad for the horses outside but most had shade cover so they looked very mellow. If you can, book a tour it's so interesting and fun. Thanks Warm Springs Ranch for a great tour. We went to the American Icons Tour and enjoyed it very much. The price was reasonable and the length of the tour was adequate. Learning how the Clydesdales became Budweiser's mascot was interesting and we enjoyed seeing the facilities and learning about their breeding program. Finally made it to see the Clydesdale's! Glad I waited for Christmas. The lights are beautiful and there are horses in the paddocks you can stand and pet forever. Those babies are SO gigantic. There was a foal still nursing and themmn a few 6-9 month babies that had been weaned. We get a smores kit after we were done and sat by the firepit to get warm and roast marshmallows. Enjoyed a family outing to Warm Springs Ranch to see the Clydesdale breeding facility. Reservations are required in order to visit and are made online. We were given a free container of beer at the beginning of the tour. Then we were able to see the young Clydesdales that had recently been born. The tour is centered around the stables area. At the conclusion of the tour, we were able to pet a Clydesdale and have a photo opportunity with that majestic horse. The small gift shop is worth stopping in and visiting. This facility has only been open since 2006. read more

Can I give an A ++? So good we didn't want to leave! This HAS to be on any bucket list you might have. We've traveled all over the world and had lots of travel experiences, but nothing comes close to this. ONLY disappointment was I couldn't get one of the sizes I wanted in the gift shop. As lifelong animal lovers it takes a lot to tug on our heartstrings but boy these creatures did that. I can't forget Stan and am hoping to see him someday in the near future. We drove 2 1/2 hours to visit just a few days before Christmas. It was very cold and the tour was only about an hour, but IT WAS VERY WORTH IT!!!!Beautiful scenery, Christmas lights and we LOVED THE HORSES!!!! This is a place that everyone should visit. The Budweiser Clydesdales have been a part of everyone's life and to learn more about them, meet them, see the actual place they are raised at, and meet the wonderful people who work with them is truly amazing. These horses have been a source of happiness, joy, inspiration, and even giving the country of strength and Unity after 9/11 with the famous 9/11 commercial the company did. These horses have always been a part of my life since I was a child growing up near the main factory in Houston. Amazing tour. We did the touring with the Clydesdales tour and it was great. Well worth the money! Our tour guide, Cat was wonderful. We went out to the pastures and got to pet the horses and see the mom and babies and how they are raised on the farm. What a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!! read more

This ranch is magical! The grounds are ridiculously manicured and luxurious. Our tour was wonderful, thanks to Jenna. She was knowledgeable and endearing throughout. I'm not much of a beer drinker, however the ice-cold complimentary Bud was too tempting to pass up. We were fortunate to see a few babies in their stalls--one was just waking up and nursing. The information provided on the tour is fascinating and will likely leave you wanting to know even more. This was a quick tour. I loved the cold beer they offered. I just had a glass but if you were quick you could probably have two or three. It had a brief video clip of the Clydesdales in action. They had one you could pet and you could see several outdoors and some babies with their moms inside. You can look in the trailers they travel in as well as see one ov the carts they pull. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and told us interesting facts. A nice gift shop where I got beer merchandise for gifts and farm magnets for a wee one I love. Not a bad drive from KC and we ate in Higginsville at a good restaurant on the way home. read more

I treated a friend to the Cruising with the Clydesdales at the Ranch. We both found it most enjoyable. The tour guide, Marsha, was fantastic, very warm, friendly, and most informative.
