She pointed him in Mrs Pats direction. He said the customer service was above and beyond. She helped him pick a beautiful arrangement all the way from Indiana in his color scheme and budget. Typed the most beautiful note to go inside and had it delivered at the exact time he chose as it was a surprise. These flowers were absolutely gorgeous and smelled like they were hand picked from the heavens. They were so vibrant and fresh. They opened in a few days and lasted for what seemed like eternity. I will forever support Ms Pats after this. She delivers, has pick ups, and an awesome website. She can do any of your special events and parties. Support local!

She was extremely kind and asked me if the birthday person liked tulips. I was immediately reminded how much my friend loves them and excited to see the bouquet. What she ended up creating was beyond stunning and my friend's taste. It came out to about $34. My friend adored them! I need to stop by again and treat myself to some stunning flowers.

It began with an online order made a week in advance and paid upfront. On the day of the requested delivery date, the delivery was not made. I had to call the next day to find out why the delivery was not made. I heard excuses, promises of a refund and then promises of call backs that did not arrive. I gave Christopher a week to redeem himself and a chance to redeliver the arrangement. The sad fact is that he failed to make any attempt at rectifying a bad situation, good. Why would he want to risk putting their valued reputation on the line? At the end, I had to seek out another florist to fulfill the order for our client.

I appreciated the mockups that she sent beforehand so that I could get an idea of her vision. She was very professional working with the other vendors. Her flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful and I'm still receiving compliments on the designs of the flowers, table settings and my bouquet. Through Mawusi Events we rented a beautiful floral arch and arrangements for the ceremony. The Wedding party included a bouquet, corsages, and boutonnières that matched our wedding colors. We also rented drapery and candles for the ceremony. For the reception Dzigbodi created beautiful centerpieces, table settings and sweetheart table and a table for the cake. Dzigbodi and staff worked diligently all night and I barely saw them take a pause! They truly went above and beyond to help make sure that we had a beautiful wedding.
