John Lilley worked with us from beginning to end to create a menu for dinner, choose cocktail hour appetizers, answer my many questions, and ensure we had everything we needed for an amazing party. Mosaic's prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and service, and they made sure everyone had more than enough to eat. The servers were amazing, and I was very glad I had added the wine table service, as it made drinks during dinner very easy for everyone. Their bartenders helped keep the vibes high and Mosaic kindly accommodated my groom's request for a specific beer. John even brought the wedding party food from the cocktail hour as he knew we would be taking photos and miss out otherwise - just another example of the amazing service from this team. Overall, I cannot recommend Mosaic Catering enough, if you're looking for delicious food and great service, this is the caterer for you!

A friend who was at the wedding recently remarked how all of the flower arrangements seemed so "freshly picked". Every flower seemed to be at its peak. Perfection is in the details they say but perfection is also in the nuance which Catherine totally shines at.

This is what I left on YOUR Website: I cannot say enough great things about Pandora's Posies and its incredible owner, Kim! Yesterday, I received a personal email from Kim after the shop had already closed, which was such a thoughtful and considerate gesture. She informed me that due to the upcoming inclement weather, she was going above and beyond by coming in on Sunday--despite her shop typically being closed--to complete orders scheduled for Monday. Kim and I have been emailing back and forth, and I have to say, she is one of the most courteous, professional, and incredibly sweet individuals I've ever interacted with. Her warmth and kindness shine through in every message, and it's so clear that she genuinely cares about her customers. This level of dedication and customer care is truly unmatched. Not only was Kim willing to open the shop on her day off, but she also made it clear that her top priority was ensuring that I (and all her customers) would be happy with her service. Kim's commitment to excellence and her willingness to go the extra mile is a testament to the passion and care she puts into her business. If you're looking for a florist that genuinely cares about their customers, look no further than Pandora's Posies. I will be a loyal customer for life! Thank you, Kim, for your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service! Highly recommend! MUCH Appreciated, Kim!!! YOU are SWEET! Joe

The upfront customer service was honestly fantastic--so much so that I actively recommended him to other people attending the same service. That is where the positive experience ended. On Wednesday night, there were no flowers. I contacted him, and he claimed he had confused the date, telling me, "I'm sitting right here looking at it, just need to finish it." He promised he would deliver them the following day and refund me 50% for the trouble. Today, the services took place. There were absolutely no flowers, no refund credit has been issued, and he has completely ignored all of my emails and phone calls. After being incredibly responsive when taking my money, I have been completely ghosted. Please think twice before trusting this business with important events.
