She was extremely kind and asked me if the birthday person liked tulips. I was immediately reminded how much my friend loves them and excited to see the bouquet. The upfront customer service was honestly fantastic--so much so that I actively recommended him to other people attending the same service. That is where the positive experience ended. On Wednesday night, there were no flowers. I contacted him, and he claimed he had confused the date, telling me, "I'm sitting right here looking at it, just need to finish it." He promised he would deliver them the following day and refund me 50% for the trouble. Today, the services took place. There were absolutely no flowers, no refund credit has been issued, and he has completely ignored all of my emails and phone calls. After being incredibly responsive when taking my money, I have been completely ghosted. Please think twice before trusting this business with important events.
