The flowers I received were 3 days late for Mother's Day. My son was notified that they had run out of flowers. Then when they were delivered the vase was left on my porch and no one rang a doorbell to notify me. I was home. The arrangement looked like leftover flowers thrown together in a vase like I might have done from my garden. I can understand them being late on this holiday, but ring a doorbell and please don't send out unfresh flowers after they are that late. They had a very professional looking website where one could browse through choices like 1-800 Flowers or teleflor's websites. So for the first time we ordered flowers from them although we were very worried because in the past we've ordered flowers for our mom and was sadly disappointed. They looked like a ugly, cheap second rate arrangement that came from ProFlowers. But this time we all were pleasantly surprised. Called this morning to get flowers sent to a friend at VCU Hospital they asked if I could do on line order so I did. It was kind of annoying to set up an account etc but I thought why not. This friend may have several surgeries yet so if the flowers were good, I can use them again. Well, she called to say how beautiful the flowers are. And it did not take them very long to get them to her. She said the colors of the flowers are lovely. It is a spring design with some Easter eggs in it. Very happy flowers. This is group purchase from high school friends to one of our own, so I went all out and got the premium size. $75 plus $15 for delivery. Seems to be about right these days. If you're looking for flowers, I highly recommend you go literally anywhere else. The employees are extremely rude. I understand that they probably have a lot of orders to get through, but I was polite and what I don't understand is why they were acting like I was inconveniencing them. I had placed my order two weeks in advance and when it was time to pick up my order the store was closed and the door was locked. When I knocked on the door one of the employees held her hand up to me and told me to wait outside. I received my order but I definitely won't be coming back.
