Renee followed up by phone to ask about substituting the vase, as they were out of the yellow ones, and if that was okay. She also called again on the day of delivery to let me know that the flowers had been delivered, but left on the porch since my friend was out; and advised me to let my friend know. I ordered a corsage and boutonniere that was supposed to be bright white roses, and was told to put them in fridge immediately and they would last until the kids dance the following day. Since they were not open on Saturdays she said they would be fine if I kept them in fridge. Well I followed their instructions and when it came time to take them out of fridge and put them on they were all brown looking. For the price I paid for them I was highly disappointed. But again the customer service was amazing and I would come back to order flowers from them just probably not corsages and boutonnieres.
