After 25 years, my Concord home needed a full HVAC replacement. I did my homework -- four quotes,…read moreverified equipment certifications, asked hard questions about duct sealing, zoning, and equipment sizing before deciding. A-1 answered every question confidently, corrected a spec error in their own quote when I caught it, and put everything in writing before I signed. Install day: Austin, Joey, and Edgar showed up on time. Floors covered, shoes covered, house treated well. Two days -- day one removal and new equipment, day two ductwork and zoning. Heating and cooling tested before they left. Full documentation handed over on the spot. No hidden charges, no surprises, no change orders. Price was mid-range among four quotes, but the warranty structure -- lifetime workmanship, no-lemon guarantee, payment at completion -- made it the best overall package. Still have HERS test-out and city inspection scheduled, but based on every step of this process I'd recommend A-1 without hesitation. Austin, Joey, and Edgar did a great job.

Kudos to Jonathan Meza, Maintenance/Service Tech, for the excellent customer service during my…read morevisit. I reached out to A1 because I am a repeat client who previously arranged installation of a heat pump water heater and a heat pump HVAC system in my home. This visit involved checking a UV lamp that my Ecobee app indicated was overdue for replacement. I discovered, however, that my system lacked a UV lamp. Even so, Jonathan shared more details about my setup and showed no annoyance over a call that differed from the initial report. He described the UV lamp options available for my unit and noted that he would gladly return to install one if I chose to add it to my heat pump system. For all your heat pump system needs, I strongly recommend the team at A1 Guaranteed Heating & Air.

To our dismay, our 22+ year old AC unit stopped working at the start of a weeklong heatwave. We…read morewere able to secure a next morning appt with Advanced Plumbing, Heating and Air, and Victor came out, assessed the furnace and outside unit, and let us know that it was pretty much kaput (which we expected). Victor provided detailed and thorough information, and showed me all the areas that were broken/corroded and were contributing to the overall dysfunctions. We had had our dryer repaired a few weeks ago by different vendor, and Victor's assessment aligned with that vendor's assessment -- that we were possibly dealing with a full HVAC issue. Victor was able to apply a bandaid fix to hold us over in the heat and scheduled an appointment with Mark, who came to our home later that evening to do a further assessment and to provide us replacement and financing options. We were able to secure an installation appt of the new HVAC system two days later, in which, Bobby and his team came in and took care of. The installation took just under six hours and from what I could tell, went smoothly, though I did feel bad that they were installing the system on a very hot day. But they didn't complain and remained professional and courteous. Overall, we felt well-informed and well taken care of by this company! All the employees we interacted with were professional, personable, laid back, and provided us great, fast, and generous service and care. We ran into some hiccups with financing but Mark helped us iron that out quickly and smoothly. The investment of the new HVAC system was resonable and fit our home goals. I appreciated that we didn't feel upsold to or pressured, and that they took the time to understand our pain points so that we could make the best decision. We're happy with our new HVAC system and are looking forward to seeing the physical and financial benefits of having an up-to-date and more efficient system. Would highly recommend.

I had the opportunity to use them for some issues at my home. Before I called Brisk, I had called another local company and had the worst possible experience a consumer can have. Lesson learned. BS diagnostics, poor service, and simply tried to rip off a consumer. Tech recommendations were a full system replacement with not clear explanation of why it needed to be replaced. I sent an inquiry to Brisk and shortly received a reply. Appointment booked. Had the pleasure of meeting Kyle who owns the company. Expressed my concerns and issues. Kyle listened and addressed all of them. Did the diagnostics and explained what was going on and what needed to be corrected. He explained what he was doing and what the numbers meant on his gauges. I could not have asked for a better experience with Kyle and his company. Kyle's knowledge in his field is top notch. The world needs more people like him! In the end, Kyle replaced a part. Checked to make sure the system was function within operational parameters. All was good. Nice cool air, quiet AC unit, and a happy customer. Best part is Kyle explained everything and there was no BS. The charge was fair for industry standards. It would not have mattered because if it were more I would have paid it. Simply because Kyle is a true professional! So if you made it this far, call Brisk Heating and Air. You will not be disappointed.
