He was thorough, even recording videos of his initial inspection so that we had a record. I especially appreciated that he called out Alameda regulations that were going to change in 2029 (this informed our decision to go with a heat pump now) On the day of the installation, we had an amazing experience working with Sam, Benny, Jesus, and Jorge. They were always very thoughtful and polite. Anything that might deviate from the original quote, they would give us a headsup. For example, they noticed that one of the pipes looked missing from the outlet in the yard, and that they would just charge us for parts if they needed to go out to buy a pipe and install it.
