The units themselves appear clean and well maintained. These units like most we found in The CS area are more like large pods put together so they aren't as high inside as in other area of the country. They are very close to Peterson AFB. I used the door I was told would be the closest door. We started off loading on Saturday 3/14/2026. The doors close quickly and it's hard for more than one person to go through at a time. The worst part was we didn't finish on Saturday, returned on Sunday early only to find the door, we used the night before was broken. The door on the opposite side of the building was also broken. Took twice as long to offload less than half a truck full. I would not recommend this place.

Disappointed by my experience…read more Definitely will not be using again - and I would recommend others find a mom and pop storage company, or a company owned by individuals who see other individuals as human beings. I had a storage unit for 8 months at the rate of $185 per month. When it finally came time to move into my new place and retrieve my things from storage, it was the first week of the 9th month of storing my belongings at storage sense. I assumed there would be a prorated cost for moving out three weeks early- as there have been at every other storage facility I have ever used. (I am 60- I've used plenty.) I swept and dusted the unit prior to moving out, leaving it sparkly clean to ensure I could get that $138 refund allowance. As you probably guessed- I am writing this review because I did not get a prorated cost. Wether or not these things are company policy, it makes a massive difference in regards to securing long term customer relationships. In customer service, when a representative or manager meets a customer with understanding and can recognize an area where you can lose a small amount of money in order to establish a returning customer, it goes a long way- and actually benefits the company in the end. For example- now I have a load of seed for work that needs to be stored for 3+ years starting next month. Can you guess where I'm not going? The businesses I have frequented for 40+ years have made thousands off of me, near to millions. Rest assured that I'll never use this company again nor recommend it to anybody. Hell- I'll drive an hour and 20 just to give my money to individuals I like and respect - and feel respected by. And get this- These sons of bitches have rats too!

It was the best price around. I asked a lot of questions to make sure it was not just a short term special price. I was told it was the set price for those size units to get them rented. We rented our unit for $77/mo. Within 4 months the price jumped to $114/mo. I have rented units before with other companieds and I realize that prices go up, but usually bit by bit. This is a HUGE jump and I am very disappointed with them. ONE NOTE- the location I go to on Centennial Blvd in Colorado Springs is managed by an absolutely wonderful and caring person- Pamela. She is great. She even contatcted them to get a rate reduction after the increase. No such luck. Corporate is not upfront and honest. If I did not have my unit totally full, I would move out. It is not feasible now. Renter beware.
