Saw an older woman order and then struggle to turn her walker at the counter and the barista openly mocked her movements and laughed while the woman's back was turned. For a cafe that is trying to give an inclusive, welcoming vibe, I was disgusted by their behavior. Not a disability friendly place. Their actions make the whole trendy and artsy vibe seem like a money grab and not authentic. I stumbled upon this place when I was exploring the area on my trip and when I tell you I became hooked. I came here every day after until I left. The place is so spacious, lots of indoor seating and outdoor ones as well to be able to enjoy the weather when it's nice. I can tell it's a study and work hub with all the people with laptops that are always here. The staff are great. And the food - my favorite part. Okay, let me rave about something that I think is not the most exciting thing for most people. As a massive lover of overnight oats, I'm very picky about which ones actually pass my taste test. And oh boy their overnight oats was addictive. It was so filling, refreshing, and a 10/10! My friend tried their yogurt parfait and had the same experience. We also loved all of our latte and matcha drinks here. And lastly, the breakfast sandwich?? Incredible. Fresh, nice portion size, super delish. Huge place, nice high roof ceilings and minimal interior look with good sunlight coming through the big open windows. The hours of this place are pretty good (7am-5pm) and they have tons of seating, outlets, and wifi! Similar to other reviews, although I think they have great music tastes it is a touch loud if you needed to focus or study. They have a pretty extensive lunch menu for a coffee shop, but I stuck to just a oat milk cappucino (was ~$6). I saw a few reviews mention that it was pricier than OCF but honestly my biggest gripe is that they didn't put prices on the coffee menu for a lot of their items. Some things are priced (+ $1 for oat milk) but had no idea what other things cost. Overall, this place is great for plopping down for a few hours and getting some work done! read more

I haven't been here since this placed was mugshots - so it's been a long while lol. We stopped in today and I ordered a hot matcha latte and made sure to ask for it hot. Got our sandwich rather quickly but we waited for at least 30 mins for the drinks and still nothing, even though several people after us got their drinks long before. Decided we didn't have time to wait any longer so went to ask kindly if they could just refund the drinks because we couldn't wait any more. The manager heard and stormed to the coffee area and grabbed 2 drinks left on the counter and said that these drinks were sitting for a long time (we saw them on the counter and one was not the right drink at all and other was wrong size and also the receipt was not our order number). She handed us the one drink that was sitting there and said she would just make us the other one quickly. She came back with the second drink, handed it to the cashier and stormed off, no apologies or honestly even a look our direction. We understand that you're busy but when you do not even acknowledge that we have been waiting longer than others and try to say a different abandoned order, that is not even what we ordered, is ours, it's simply wrong. And honestly, we would've rather taken the refund than take the drinks at that point but they were not allowing that. Drinks and food were decent, no complaints about taste but a little pricey. We live in the area and it would be very convenient for us to come here when we want a casual coffee and meal. But given the rude behavior and lack of accountability by the manager, it is better for us to go out of our way to a different spot. read more

New cafe opened up in Fairmount and it's nice to have a local spot. There's breakfast all day and then lunch at 11am. I got a chicken panini and a latte. The chicken panini was ok but it was a lot of chicken and not a lot of other toppings so i will probably try a different sandwich next time. Also they only have GF Bagels if you need a gluten free option. The food came out relatively quickly unlike the other reviewer mentioned, and it was VERY busy so I was shocked that it came out as fast as it did. There's also a lot of seating, outlets and free wifi so I will be coming here often to get my work done! one thing to mention, the music is on the louder side so I will need to bring my noise cancelling headphones next time. read more

The bad part is- coffee , we never got vanilla on ice , just a cold brew and they don't have vanilla creamers , just almond milk, oat milk, milk and half and half, so that did not work out well. Was just in town for a quick trip and I ended up there 3 times over the course of 2.5 days! Once for a smoothie, once for a matcha and once for lunch. I like this coffee shop. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 is because it is definitely more expensive then OCF-- but it is pet friendly (I.e you can bring your dog in when you order which is nice for my furry friend). Sadly, this is a restaurant(serving plated meals) and coffee shop that allows you to bring dogs inside as you order food, and as you sit at a table to eat your food and drink your coffee - in violation of City ordinances. Leave your Fido outside please - especially in restaurants and grocery stores. Two or three Fidos in the coffee shop, barking at one another, do not make a pleasant coffee shop experience. read more

Also got the breakfast burrito and smoked salmon bagel sandwich. Both were good and good size for the price. Both also included bagel chips which we liked. The place is bigger than it looks from the outside. Great service, lots of smiles. The owners were there tinkering with the displays.
