The hash browns, go for hash browns. Yes, it's a side, but it's so good and well seasoned. Loved that they had condiments, ketchup AND hot sauce. They understand what the people want. Recommend the banana latte (seasonal) if you want something sweet. The mango matcha latte as also really good. read more

The coffee and matcha are good but service leaves some to be desired. The cashier who took my order seemed unhappy doing her job. Tables are not cleaned regularly. The locale is nice and location is great. read more

I don't understand how this place has a score below a 4.7, I definitely recommend checking it out. The burrito was not only delicious but huge, my girlfriend and I were able to split it and enjoyed every bite of it. They have fun seasonal flavors like salted maple which adds to the fun-ness of the shop. The inside is nice to sit in but I love the outdoor seating even more. The people working were nice and quick! Definitely coming back! read more

I loved warehouse cafe! It was a great place to settle down and get some work done at. The smoked salmon bagel with a gluten free bagel tasted fantastic, and the service was so speedy! There are plenty of outlets for power, and plenty of space to sit and read if you want a chill day. read more

Coffee was ok. Service was atrocious. Every person working looked miserable. Saw an older woman order and then struggle to turn her walker at the counter and the barista openly mocked her movements and laughed while the woman's back was turned. For a cafe that is trying to give an inclusive, welcoming vibe, I was disgusted by their behavior. Not a disability friendly place. Their actions make the whole trendy and artsy vibe seem like a money grab and not authentic. Their cup slogan may be "find your way to the original Warehouse Cafe" but I'd rather find myself anywhere else. read more

Really delicious food located directly in front of Eastern State Penn. the service was welcoming and warm. Tables were clean and space for larger groups and singles. Large windows bring in great people watching views and brightly lit by the sun. Really enjoyed. read more

I stumbled upon this place when I was exploring the area on my trip and when I tell you I became hooked. I came here every day after until I left. The place is so spacious, lots of indoor seating and outdoor ones as well to be able to enjoy the weather when it's nice. I can tell it's a study and work hub with all the people with laptops that are always here. The staff are great. And the food - my favorite part. Okay, let me rave about something that I think is not the most exciting thing for most people. As a massive lover of overnight oats, I'm very picky about which ones actually pass my taste test. And oh boy their overnight oats was addictive. It was so filling, refreshing, and a 10/10! My friend tried their yogurt parfait and had the same experience. We also loved all of our latte and matcha drinks here. And lastly, the breakfast sandwich?? Incredible. Fresh, nice portion size, super delish. I'm so happy I found this spot and can't wait to keep returning here this year. read more

Huge place, nice high roof ceilings and minimal interior look with good sunlight coming through the big open windows. Although food menu is pretty small, mostly sandwiches burritos and donuts, they do search up a nice list of drinks (lattes, spritzy fruit drinks and such) Bathrooms are plentiful and clean. Great views of the eastern state penitentiary! Come check it out! read more

We stopped in on a Saturday morning for coffee and breakfast. They were busy, but service was great and our food/drinks came quickly. Lots of indoor seating (including high chairs) and outdoor seating options. I loved the iced blueberry muffin latte and the cinnamon rolls were outstanding. The classic egg sandwich with fresh hash browns was also excellent. Overall great spot for coffee and food! read more

Ayeee YO! Food really tastes great! Fresh ingredients. Low salt. Full of flavor. Great customer service. You know how I feel about service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Everyone is friendly in the Fairmount area of Philly. It's right across the street from the old prison. Clean. Great atmosphere for working or meeting up with friends. We'll be back! read more

I could easily (ware)HOUSE one of these coffees! I'd had previously been to the OCF in this location and it's nice to see it up and running again. The hours of this place are pretty good (7am-5pm) and they have tons of seating, outlets, and wifi! Similar to other reviews, although I think they have great music tastes it is a touch loud if you needed to focus or study. They have a pretty extensive lunch menu for a coffee shop, but I stuck to just a oat milk cappucino (was ~$6). I saw a few reviews mention that it was pricier than OCF but honestly my biggest gripe is that they didn't put prices on the coffee menu for a lot of their items. Some things are priced (+ $1 for oat milk) but had no idea what other things cost. Overall, this place is great for plopping down for a few hours and getting some work done! read more

The service was great! A long line for coffees and pastries and everything moved really quickly. I got the smoked salmon bagel sandwich and it was soo delicious. Also got a cold brew which was great. I haven't been here since this placed was mugshots - so it's been a long while lol. We stopped in today and I ordered a hot matcha latte and made sure to ask for it hot. My bf got a cappuccino and a danish. They asked if he wanted the danish heated and he said yes. Our drinks came out first and they were not hot. Mine was room temp and just so so tasting. We waited 8 more mins for the danish and then went to ask about it. The barista said they were still heating it and they would call when it was ready. After more mins of waiting I saw there was an area w a bag w a name on it so I walked over and saw it was sitting there the whole time. So bizarro. Their menu sounds great so maybe they do better w non danish foods? read more

We ordered 2 lattes and a breakfast sandwich on a busy Sunday morning. Got our sandwich rather quickly but we waited for at least 30 mins for the drinks and still nothing, even though several people after us got their drinks long before. Asked the baristas twice and they said it was still coming. Decided we didn't have time to wait any longer so went to ask kindly if they could just refund the drinks because we couldn't wait any more. The manager heard and stormed to the coffee area and grabbed 2 drinks left on the counter and said that these drinks were sitting for a long time (we saw them on the counter and one was not the right drink at all and other was wrong size and also the receipt was not our order number). She handed us the one drink that was sitting there and said she would just make us the other one quickly. She came back with the second drink, handed it to the cashier and stormed off, no apologies or honestly even a look our direction. We understand that you're busy but when you do not even acknowledge that we have been waiting longer than others and try to say a different abandoned order, that is not even what we ordered, is ours, it's simply wrong. And honestly, we would've rather taken the refund than take the drinks at that point but they were not allowing that. Drinks and food were decent, no complaints about taste but a little pricey. We live in the area and it would be very convenient for us to come here when we want a casual coffee and meal. But given the rude behavior and lack of accountability by the manager, it is better for us to go out of our way to a different spot. read more

Love this spacious all-day cafe to get work done and to enjoy good coffee and food. There is all sorts of seating and free wifi throughout the space. They have an extensive list of breakfast and lunch items like bagels, pastries, paninis, and salads, in addition to coffee and espresso beverages. My go-to is the breakfast burrito that's packed with a fluffy egg, potatoes, chorizo, pepper jack cheese and pico de gallo, also served with a side of bagel chips. It's super filling and always fuels me up for the day! Staff is always nice and service is quick. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a cafe to work from! read more

This was my first time going to Warehouse Cafe (but had formerly been to the building when it was OCF Coffee House). I love that there's a ramp to enter, making it super accessible for handicapped people and strollers. This space is great for people who work from home or students that need to study. There's also outdoor seating. I got the Pumpkin Spice Latte and a Chocolate Chip Muffin and both were pretty average. Good but not amazing. Decently priced too. read more

New cafe opened up in Fairmount and it's nice to have a local spot. There's breakfast all day and then lunch at 11am. I got a chicken panini and a latte. The chicken panini was ok but it was a lot of chicken and not a lot of other toppings so i will probably try a different sandwich next time. Also they only have GF Bagels if you need a gluten free option. The food came out relatively quickly unlike the other reviewer mentioned, and it was VERY busy so I was shocked that it came out as fast as it did. There's also a lot of seating, outlets and free wifi so I will be coming here often to get my work done! one thing to mention, the music is on the louder side so I will need to bring my noise cancelling headphones next time. read more

Place is nice , more on a modern side . Manu is not big , but food was delicious. We orders Philly egg and bacon sandwich, breakfast burrito, black coffee and a French vanilla coffee on ice. The bill was $42 . Not a greatest price ... you take a number and find a spot , girl will bring you food to the table. The bad part is- coffee , we never got vanilla on ice , just a cold brew and they don't have vanilla creamers , just almond milk, oat milk, milk and half and half, so that did not work out well. Plus the girl never even acknowledged us when we asked if it's our order or not. My dark roast - girl said she will bring over , but I finished my breakfast and still did not get it , so I got it myself after breakfast- to go. Also, hard to find parking . Super convenient location if you trying to visit PA state penitentiary - it's right across the street and that is our next stop read more

Conveniently located across the street from Eastern State Penitentiary. Stopped in for a late breakfast. This is a fast, casual place where you order at the counter and they bring it to your table. The cashier who took my order seemed annoyed/disinterested, but the rest of the staff was nice. Ordered the bananas foster French toast which was tasty. Instead of whipped cream, it came with a scoop of ice cream which was a nice touch. I wish it was 3 slices because 2 wasn't quite enough. read more

I got a biscoff latte and a bagel. The bagel was so good. It would've been so much better if I ate right there but well it was packed lol. So I got it to go. The latte was pretty good too. I got there around 11 on a Saturday so definitely was busy. Lots of seating and tons of food options! It was pretty loud so maybe not a place to work at least not at that time. read more

Good coffee and lots of seating. I like that there's lots of natural lighting and different seating options at the bar and at tables. Was just in town for a quick trip and I ended up there 3 times over the course of 2.5 days! Once for a smoothie, once for a matcha and once for lunch. Giving this cafe a 5 star rating bc it deserves it but also because of the 2 reviews HARPING on the fact that a dog can simply accompany its owner while they walk in, order coffee, and walk out. Are you okay? Do you need to take a deep breath? Maybe a hug? Glad this place allows our neighbors to walk in and not have to tie our dog to a pole. Thank you. (Mind you, this review is coming from someone who does not own a dog so no bias here). Anyways, great coffee, great food, and a nice place to work from, which I do often. Also love the music they play. read more

I try to support local rather than going to Starbucks, etc. However, the prices are outrageous. $14 for a black coffee and a latte?

I like this coffee shop. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 is because it is definitely more expensive then OCF-- but it is pet friendly (I.e you can bring your dog in when you order which is nice for my furry friend). The food is delicious and the coffee is good. They have lots of seating and the staff is super friendly! Definitely recommend. read more

My bagel was somehow both burnt and soggy. Kitchen could be doing better in this economy.

updating the review a few months after they've been opened....and going to 1 star. Sadly, this is a restaurant(serving plated meals) and coffee shop that allows you to bring dogs inside as you order food, and as you sit at a table to eat your food and drink your coffee - in violation of City ordinances. Leave your Fido outside please - especially in restaurants and grocery stores. Two or three Fidos in the coffee shop, barking at one another, do not make a pleasant coffee shop experience. read more

No free refills on a $5 coffee. Really enjoyed the manner of being talked down by the manager - it was so silly of me to ask!
