You guys. They did a great job, and did indeed give me a very good price, but that's not even the half of it. When I say they held my hand through this...like, I don't know how to talk to an insurance company. I don't know what to do when an adjustor is coming. I don't know how to do any of the "I know what I'm doing" management and coordination of getting my roof replaced. I'm a shy child pretending to be a middle-aged woman. Ms. Laura made an appointment to come to my house when the insurance adjustor came, showed up before he got there so she could check over all the specs herself, and did most of the talking while he was there because I did not want to. She and her brother walked me through every step of how to manage this stuff. They picked me out a BEAUTIFUL colored roof ("Majestic shake"), told me I needed gutters and offered to bring in a guy to do them so I didn't have to do that separately, and when it became clear that I was simply not going to pick a gutter color because that is not something I am ever going to have an opinion about, Ms. Laura picked me a nice color and I'm very happy. I was basically just able to sort of vaguely flap my hands in the direction of the roof and say "I need....stuff" and they took care of me without stressing me through a bunch of mental work. They also cleaned up the area very well after, and every single person I spoke with was an absolute treat.
