This is in regard to my OVERALL Warby Parker experience and not necessarily Easton. I cancelled the order but clearly the customer service rep continued to not listen. I changed the address in the record LONG before the order shipped but the glasses will still be sent to my old house. Warby Parker is really terrible and I will return the glasses IF they are ever received......which I doubt they will be. The incredibly rude customer service rep simply talks over you and from a script having nothing to do with my question or concern. At the end of the unbearable conversation with this less than professional person, I cancelled the order and I would bet $1000 the order never got cancelled. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM WARBY PARKER - it is not easier; it is not better and it is not cheaper. It is just hours and hours of a nightmare dealing with this company. read more

First of all I just want to start out by saying I have been going to Warby Parker for 3 years now and I will never go anywhere else for my glasses. I stopped by today because I broke my glasses after having a bit of a fall. I went in and talk to Christine (Maybe Christina) at the counter thinking my glasses were trashed and I would have to get new ones. But she was really nice and helpful and fixed them right up for me. Just left OSU from an eye exam and was looking to grab a quick set of glasses as my current set has broken. Decided to go to the north portion of Easton and check out Warby Parker. They are located in the outside shopping section behind Jenni's/Lego Store (if that helps you locate them.) Lots of street paid parking if you come early... if not park in the free garage that services the indoor/movie theater area. They have a lot of frames to choose from. Many different widths. I like how they organize the sets so the customer can see if they come in narrow or wide or even xxL When I came in I was greeted. I was the only customer in the shop the entire time Invisited them. They asked if I was running this through insurance. I said no and was planning to purchase with cash. They then quoted me a range that topped at 300. (Which is fair for frames/lens) but wasn't offered any assistance in picking out my frame. Then someone they knew or who worked there came in and they totally forgot a customer was there. They started talking about gelatto and totally ignored me. I wandered about clearly trying to remember where a set I was trying to put back belonged. No offer at all to assist. Well, at that point I was annoyed as I couldnt find the frames designated spot so I put them on a display and left. They did say goodbye but I value customer service and without any tossed my way, they lost my business as I think I found my frame but now will just order it online. Their loss. read more

I wouldn't buy reading glasses from this place. I paid $675 for prescription sunglasses (thankfully Medicare covered most). They don't fit. They fall off my nose. She did all this measuring and mentioned features I should have without discussing cost. I was too shocked to say forget it. When I went back for an adjustment she said she couldn't do much because of the material. read more

Why don't you try greeting a customer! The store at Easton is unprofessional and has terrible customer service. Where is your social etiquette? You lost a sale on Saturday and today. Took my daughter to the optometrist at Warby Parker and got her some new specs. The process was easy. After getting the eye exam which was covered by our vision insurance except for a copay, we looked at glasses for twenty minutes. After picking out frames some one helped us order online. Glasses came to my mailbox maybe ten days after our appointment. Incredibly easy experience. Also they decorate with books, they are all the same color in each section. The founders are big readers. The employees told me Warby and Parker were characters in Jack Karouac Novels. I kind of loved that history! read more

I've never had a bad experience with Warby Parker and this was no exception. I just got a new prescription today and LUCKY ME there is now a brick and mortar Warby Parker just minutes from my house. First of all. Obvious choice. Their pricing, which is insanely low, includes lenses and frames. Package deal. Both plus free shipping to my house cost me $95 without insurance. Compare this to my eye doctors office (or frankly any eye doctor office for that matter) where the average price for frames was $250. Just frames. Then you gotta do all the add ons. In todays world, a place like Warby Parker is the obvious choice. Even if you don't have a store close to you they have a free home try on kit they offer online. Pick 5 pairs for try on, get em and then ship them back. I've been using this method for a few years. But now that there is a store so close by it's so easy to pop in and try on as many as i like. The store associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. While we were in looking for frames for me, my partner got his frames adjusted to fit his head the way he wanted. They had this fun tool that heated up the plastic so that they could shape it. Really wild. Great customer service. Clean store front. And affordable. read more

Worst customer service. Nice folks,? but no follow through or follow up. Big disappointment. My experience with the Easton location has made this my first and now my last time I am going to use WP and I had high hopes it would be a nice alternative to the boutique frame stores I have usually gotten my glasses at. It felt so rote and automated: 1. Got my email address wrong -that happens, but when they, no doubt, received a ping back, no follow up on my cell to get the correct email address to get my script I had to call to find out what was happening. 2. Even after they had the correct email address, I still did not receive a confirmation or receipt of my order. I wasn't given one at the store either. 3. They also lost (did not store) the measurements they took at the store and now I have to try to ensure to get it right at home or go back to the store. fit. For the price, I have had better service when I checked out Target and Walmart as an alternative. I thought the customer service at WP would at least be on par to low end vendors.
