Also, I had to have my glasses sent out 2 additional times because the lab they use kept doing the bifocal wrong. I know it wasn't me, when I went to their office for the third time, another patient said the lab had only put the bifocal in one side. I will miss Dr. Breslow but will not return to their office.

The first time I came in, there were some problems with my insurance, and they helped me figure out what was covered and worked to find the best payment solution for me. Dr. Cursaro is very friendly and does fantastic work. He is very attentive and proactive in asking me about how my contacts and glasses are working (and how life is going in general), and it is clear he really loves what he does and cares about his patients. Scheduling is quick and easy, and I've never waited substantially for my appointments. The contacts I just ordered at my recent visit came in the mail just 2-3 days later. They've worked with me on getting comfortable contacts, which was always a problem at the office I went to previously, and quickly resolved the issue! They even helped repair my old set of glasses free of charge! Their selection of frames is great, and the unparalleled service you get here makes it worth parking downtown (which isn't too bad, as there are usually free spots on Marconi and Front if you don't want to troll the connected garage for unreserved spots).

I was right. It was. I stopped by without an appt and had no problem getting a replacement lens order. Had an eye exam. Wanted lenses and was thinking of frames. Angel suggested I get the lenses and add…read moreframes later. Before I picked up my lenses I called to order frames and was told that's not possible due to my insurance. After my insisting, they had to reverse the claim and start over to order the complete pair (due to their error). Two weeks later that pair arrived. Right eye was blurry. I had to ask Christian twice to come back in to address it. He said I had to meet with Dr. Koerner to check Rx. So I did. Rx was correct, but doc told Christian the placement of the progressives was off. They re-ordered the glasses. It took 3 weeks, an extra week, to get them back. Right eye was still blurry. The manager and doc said I needed to go somewhere else. They didn't even try to address it. They refunded me for the glasses that I never got, but not for the eye exam. Even though they admitted that another place would want their own eye exam before making glasses. It took 30min to refund the glasses cost and to print my records. No recommendation as to where I might go. They also kept saying they made the glasses 5 times even though that was not true. Two months of following their process and instructions only to have them take my exam money and send me away empty handed.
