Finally got around to going back with glasses simply asking they remove the anti glare and buff my lenses. Was told sorry been more than a year buy a new pair nothing we can do for you. Well these are glorified 400.00 reading glasses and the response in my opinion for a local eye doctor was pretty pathetic. I always try to shop local instead of big box but in this case big box out shined. Went to Americas Best. cleaned up Pickerington eyecare glasses for free. Still cloudy but buffed out the scuff for me. Will never use or refer to anyone ever again.

Waiting area: Clean. Organized. Cozy. Properly spaced for social distancing. Waited for about 3 minutes after check-in to be seen (mind you, I was also about 5 minutes late to my appointment - never underestimate Pickerington traffic!) Pre-exam imaging: normal exam (including the air in eye part). During this exam, I could overhear their team being extremely patient with a kiddo who was scared of the machines. I was impressed to hear the methods they used to calm the kiddo, build trust, and help the kiddos through their exam. I would say this place is kid friendly and they give lollipops post exam! With doctor: Dr. Pipo had a booming personality. He was energetic, kind, and really reviewed my case prior to examining me further. You know when docs ask "which is better? One or two?" And you can't tell the difference? He actually explained what the differences were while determining which corrections were needed for my eyes. Post exam: Laura (specialist) helped me with selecting my glasses. I told her the style I typically like and she brought ~10 pairs to try (which all met my preference along with a few fun frames). She helped me narrow the frames down and was extremely patient with me. 30-mins later, I picked the frames that we both agreed- totally matched me and my personality. After selecting the frames she helped me to assess the appropriate additions to make for my lenses and explain insurance coverage. Jessica (front desk) helped me with selecting the appropriate contacts covered by insurance. Overall- Fantastic staff. Fantastic facility. I look forward to meeting my new frames and going back again for my annual in 2022.

I buy my annual contact lens supply through them and when I was asked this round why I didn't purchase glasses here (I'm that person as I asked for a copy of my rx) and before I could answer why, she offered me options: is it based on cost or amenities or both? Honestly, all of it and she thanked me for my feedback and it continued to be a great experience. Huge fan not to mention in late March I had a little bit of a red eye heading into a weekend and wanted it checked out before the weekend. For once a medical appointment that I don't have to deal with during working hours!! I have to say, the minute we started going to this business, it was like a breath of fresh air. No pressure from Dr. Hartig on wanting me to purchase bifocals or progressives (although I know they would be beneficial but I've been refusing to commit). He simply tells me he fully supports my decision, regardless. He is always so kind and personable, and gives me sound advice along with some interesting educational trivia about my eyeballs. The prices here are also so much better than our old optometrist. There are perks at this location that I am told are included in our insurance, but at our old spot they were charging us extra. The selection in eyeglasses is quite grand as well. The staff are very helpful (and honest when giving their opinions on frames, which is much appreciated). We have no plans to go anywhere else for our vision needs!

The first time I came in, there were some problems with my insurance, and they helped me figure out what was covered and worked to find the best payment solution for me. Dr. Cursaro is very friendly and does fantastic work. He is very attentive and proactive in asking me about how my contacts and glasses are working (and how life is going in general), and it is clear he really loves what he does and cares about his patients. Scheduling is quick and easy, and I've never waited substantially for my appointments. The contacts I just ordered at my recent visit came in the mail just 2-3 days later. They've worked with me on getting comfortable contacts, which was always a problem at the office I went to previously, and quickly resolved the issue! They even helped repair my old set of glasses free of charge! Their selection of frames is great, and the unparalleled service you get here makes it worth parking downtown (which isn't too bad, as there are usually free spots on Marconi and Front if you don't want to troll the connected garage for unreserved spots).

Made my appointment online and later found out I had to travel out of town for work. I called, emailed, called and called and couldn't leave a voicemail any of the times due to a "full mailbox". Never reached them. So I planned my trip solely around trying to get to my appointment on time. Since I couldn't reach them and because I had to rush, I will admit I was annoyed at first but I was greeted by a friendly person who instructed me to have a seat and it would just be a minute because the staff were at lunch. Started to be annoyed again but thought I'd just be patient. After nearly 20 minutes, while I could see and hear the staff in the lunch area, they finally noticed me and closed the door. About 10 more minutes later someone came out and asked me to fill out a ton of paperwork. Again friendly. I'm just thinking to myself, I am the customer and I did a lot of work to try to reach you with no success and STILL was on time. I could have been filling out that paperwork while waiting. And I could have taken my time getting there. The amazing doctor and friendly staff was their saving grace. But honestly I won't be back because I need to know I can reach you and that my time will be respected as much as I tried to respect yours.

At urgent care they just told me I had pink eye which I knew was completely wrong, and so I reached out to shamrock. They squeezed me in immediately and actually looked at my eye, took pressures, everything. I saw Dr Delmore and she was just so empathetic and thorough, and gave me the correct diagnosis and medication. She 100% will be my go-to from now on. I had only come here once before for an eye exam which was also great, but I appreciate the peace of mind knowing where to go if I have any other eye issues. I also do order glasses and contacts here, which has also been a great experience.
