There have been some opening of stores in series, but I do know for a fact that some spaces haven't even opened up yet since The Shoppes at South Hills existed. The costs are probably really high, making it challenging for these businesses to open. I believe the location off Route 9 doesn't have the best visibility since it's up on a hill to make it a success. There are not that many stores to offer, but with enough open now, it can still be the potential to last for many years, just in a slow process. The opening of At Home Furniture Decor is set to open soon in the former Kmart space. There are a number of businesses, considering how big it is, that have two levels. Stairways are provided, two at each end and one in the middle. In that spot, a small hallway connects to/from the front and back. The parking lot is easy to navigate, with plenty of room to pass. There are three entrances/exits to the plaza on 55 and Dr. Fink Road. They do a great job of maintaining the building and also the lot.

Finally went and forgot to post about it but this place is a little gem selling not just brand new items at thrift/yard sale prices but they also sell food and pantry staples. How? No clue. But you can literally buy a brand new target bathing suit at clearance price and walk out with Kirkland (Costco brand) products on the other hand. Super random but I don't hate it haha. It's got end of season clothing and the essentials for at home things plus a few other random gems. Definitely worth checking out. They have great deals. Plus side is you can even try things on. The fitting room is kindaaaaaaaa sketchy but hey if you need it you need it.
