It's fairly significant, offering plenty of parking and room to move around. The parking lot has two rows, one closest to the main building and the other behind (to the right of) it. Many businesses exist, including Pizza Express, Landmark Grill, China Wok, Mid Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, and among others. This plaza is one of the busiest mainly because it sits at the intersection of Route 55 and 82. There are two exits for 55 and 82.

However, parking can sometimes be a nightmare, depending on the time of day and season. The plaza is pretty big, providing enough parking for many vehicles. There is plenty of room to pass by with no issues but take caution. Two exits are located at Route 44 and 82, including a bus stop on the westbound shoulder of Route 44 just east of the entreance.

Although I still don't come into this mall every day, every so often I do come in. It's still got…read moreits entrances outside, but now it's got a lot more choices I tend to use, so now I do tend to visit maybe once a month (although I've missed the last month and a half). While I've not shopped in any of the little stores between Dollar Tree and Chinese Restaurant (mentioned momentarily), I've visited the Dollar Tree and Stop and Shop locations on occasion, but here and there I stop in at the Chinese restaurant (almost right next to the S&S). The Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union bank location nearby is also addressed to this mall, although it is unattached and easiest to get to via Kessler Dr just to this malls' north, across from Farm Ln across US-9/Albany Post Rd.) However, although I've been to the drive-up, it's not an everyday occurrence that I use it now. Careful of the Dunkin Donuts and small strip mall, it's addressed to this mall in spots, but it has not the same branding as it was redone not too very long ago, and I've stepped in there more often than most of the others. I rarely see anyone who tends to manage this mall, but the parking lot isn't problematic often. People come and people go over time, and there's little in terms of trash in the parking lot, but what about all the stop&shop and confusing lanes within the parking lot there that makes many (including myself and my brother) turn in circles trying to find the quickest ways out from a given point while avoiding the median. With the traffic light at the corner now, and the traffic flow from the former Shop & Save/Hannaford/ShopRite non-existent across the street, and the cross-traffic from St Andrew Rd and even the tiny mall and Dunkin Donuts in what seems like another area of the parking lot, things seem to flow really well now...Just hope that pattern isn't going to change as soon as this review is seen.

The most recent closures have been Kmart, Burlington, and Silver Cinemas (which all had a long run for many years) along with smaller space stores at the new strip mall. There have been some opening of stores in series, but I do know for a fact that some spaces haven't even opened up yet since The Shoppes at South Hills existed. The costs are probably really high, making it challenging for these businesses to open. I believe the location off Route 9 doesn't have the best visibility since it's up on a hill to make it a success. There are not that many stores to offer, but with enough open now, it can still be the potential to last for many years, just in a slow process. The opening of At Home Furniture Decor is set to open soon in the former Kmart space. There are plenty of parking spots, and it is easy to navigate around. Recently, I've always found the parking lot to be almost packed on weekdays and weekends. Premier Medical Group and Pulse-MD Urgent Care are currently attracting the most attention. We have only been here a few times and never had any issues in the parking lot. The parking lot is paved as well, which is a huge plus.

Its a large area and occupies a few buildings actually. You may find yourself driving and parking a few times. Walmart is an anchor on one end, and there is plenty of traffic for that alone. Its not the best Walmart, so skip that and go to Party City, Kohl, Gap, Burlington Coats, The Mens Warehouse, or one of the another places here. Plenty of food and drink options too. Some other businesses include Madison's Pizza, Bei Jing Chef, and Subway. Traffic through the main parking lot can be hectic, specifically during the afternoon and evening, especially on weekends and holidays. The main attraction of course is Acme, carrying the most customers. The paving looks in pretty good shape, with no bumpiness throughout, adding satisfaction. No issues have occurred for us in the parking lot, but always take caution and be safe.

The owner Bill is a really nice guy, very friendly and hands on with his business. My friend got me a sample pack to try out their seasonings and I intend to make something really good with that soon as possible. We also stopped by the Arc Crystals booth. This booth carries many crystals, stones, sage etc.. so many great things to help you overcome different things. The most interesting part is the owner, Amanda who just by giving her your name and birthdate, can read you and tell you ALOT about yourself. This was very enlightening as I cant imagine how she can possibly know all of that about me just by knowing this little info.. but she did , it was pretty spot on! I did get a stone that she recommended to me. Im excited to let it do its thing and intrigued that its got my interest like this. The last booth I checked out was the Farmbody Skincare. My friend has some hand lotion from there and thats what drew me in to stop. They make all natural products and everything smells great! I plan to go back soon or hit up their websites!
