They exceeded all of our expectations…read more We redid a few rooms of flooring (including one bathroom), changed out a lot of the trim, and upgraded the stairs from carpet to hardwood. Peter is probably one of the most professional contractors I've ever hired. He confirmed the start of the project the day before, showed up on time every day of our 3-4 day project, finished at a decent hour (so we could have our evenings to ourselves), and kept me informed about the progress of the project every step of the way. Everything was contracted and professionally handled in terms of invoicing. He made suggestions for how to improve the appearance of our home in certain places and gave us up-front pricing about every additional change we could add on if we wanted (we took all of his suggestions and so glad we did!). He paid such great attention to detail, fixing so many errors throughout the house that previously were there...things I didn't even know needed fixing! So many of our doors were not sealed correctly and the flooring was all a mess, they fixed it all for us. This was a big project for us - we saved for a whole year for this project - I am so happy we chose to work with IDC. I feel like he actually cared about us, something that is rare to find in people these days! Will definitely call them again for any future projects and will be referring to friends. He replied " We dont its already built into the price and We dont do nooks" What?! Your a shower and bath company! Then I asked how much for what YOU want to do to this shower? Get ready. He said 20. I said 20 bucks? He said No $20,000. For a 32"x32" basic shower! I worked in the trades my whole life and Im now a home inspector this just blew me away! This shower should cost between $5,000 & $7000 with demo included. This company needs good luck with salesmen like this!
