Even though we ended up getting our bed frame from a different place, he still let us use the temporary one for months, at not charge, till the new bed frame was complete. After sleeping on our mattress for a few nights, we felt it was too stiff. Dennis took it back without a problem, and was very patient with us while we selected a different one. During this time, he even let us use a mattress topper to provide some cushioning till we found a replacement mattress. I have sent multiple follow up emails to their support team and have received no response. Today I come here to write this review and realized from other folks that had I purchased this item from Instagram I would not have been charged the shipping at all and I'm now even angrier that this appears to be what I would consider unprofessional and deceptive practices. A much bigger concern than the non-response of emails. I attempted to buy the table on IG and sure enough no shipping charge.
