They got busy on the roof. Took down a few branches that were too close to the roof, cleaned and treated the roof in a reasonable amount of time and we're done. The thing I like about Mossbusters is they don't just knock off the big pieces of moss from your…read moreroof and apply the moss inhibitor powder like the rest but they actually take care of 99% of the moss. When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. I would use them again but definitely recommend double checking their work to make sure nothing was missed.

As in the first experience, he came out and evaluated the job and provided a quote which was more than fair. He did a great job; took out the screens to clean them (said a few of them were backwards- new house to me) and hand washed the windows- even the ones that were on my fourth level! I really like working with him; several neighbors asked me about him and I have provided his information to them. Hire him- you will not regret it! Thanks Ivan- I'll see you again! Addendum: I wanted to emphasize this point: So I'm from the DC area and it's not a thing to wash windows. I found out from my neighbors who have lived in their house for the last 30 years- that they observed Ivan "hand washing windows, just like back in the old days". So I'm not sure if that's important to people who get this done regularly, but that's the scoop. Hope that helps!

I initially googled Beaverton Gutter Cleaning and found that there were several companies now claiming to be BEAVERTON GUTTER CLEANING. So many, that I had to come back to Yelp to find the correct phone number. I even had another company tell me over the phone they were Beaverton Gutter Cleaning and when I asked to speak with Emmett, and they didn't know who Emmett was. Emmett, the owner of the REAL Beaverton Gutter Cleaning has provided excellent service to us for years. I called him yesterday, he came out today. He removed all the debris from the gutters, downspouts and even a limb that was stuck across our skylight. Every time they've finished, he's always asked me if I want to walk around the house with him to make sure everything is clean. The owner is very nice and courteous. I'd also like to respond to the review left by Sara S. I've been using this company for years and I've never experienced anything but excellent service from them. I also tend to question negative reviewers who have no friends, no picture and a very common anonymous name. Many of these are bogus profiles by internet marketing companies. This can be devastating to a small business and even hurt the credibility of our Yelp Reviews. After reading some of her 1 star reviews, it makes me question if she's a paid negative reviewer or just a entitled drama queen. The owner removed the moss from our roof and did another great job on the gutters. 07/2016 Around 2014 - Emmett did an excellent job on our gutters and downspouts.
