Danielle walked me through every step and answered all questions I had before I could ask! The BBL treatment itself was smooth but of course a little pain was expected. Where the skin is thinner was probably a 7/10 (under eyes, around your nose) everywhere else 4/10 and manageable. The Moxi you are prenumbed and that's probably a 1/10 or 2/10. You don't feel that at all. AFTER however is a different story, expect a sunburn like feel! I would say immediately after treatment for 1-2 hours after is uncomfortable. After that it's breezy. Follow you're given directions and you're good to go! I am 6 days post, and my skin is looking absolutely wonderful. I can't wait in a couple of weeks for the healed result. Thank you so much Danielle and the staff for making me feel comfortable! I've been getting IPL treatments to help with hyperpigmentation, and it was honestly the treatment I didn't even know I needed. I get SO many compliments on how good my skin looks now! Ashton is amazing at what she does, but what I appreciate most is how much she genuinely cares. I could literally sit there and chat with her for hours. She's incredibly knowledgeable, practices cautiously, and never makes me feel like she's trying to push anything on me. I knew going into it with the discount that I might not get the most experienced but I was very disappointed. I thought I made it clear during the consult what I wanted. She overfoiled and made more work for herself and ended up taking almost 5 hours for just a highlight and tone and simple blowout. I wanted lived in piecey golden honey highlights and left with very ashy strawberry blonde almost all over color. I couldn't really say much because to fix it would have taken even longer and now I've also noticed my hair feeling extremely dry and damaged. I know that I got an extreme discount using classpass but I'm really disappointed with my result and experience.

It is bizarre to have someone work on your buccal muscles and it feels very intimate, but everything is sanitary and she's so kind while she goes through it. As someone who constantly clenches their jaw at night (and has to wear a mouthguard, per my dentist), this released SO MUCH TENSION that I would absolutely do it again! The parking around the location is a little tough. There is some street parking and meters around, but no attached parking lot. However, I have never had an issue finding a spot - even in the dead of winter. I can't wait to do more things with Rooted in the future!

At the end of the massage, she offered a complementary paraffin hand dip, which I was very happy to accept!
