Danielle walked me through every step and answered all questions I had before I could ask! The BBL treatment itself was smooth but of course a little pain was expected. Where the skin is thinner was probably a 7/10 (under eyes, around your nose) everywhere else 4/10 and manageable. The Moxi you are prenumbed and that's probably a 1/10 or 2/10. You don't feel that at all. AFTER however is a different story, expect a sunburn like feel! I would say immediately after treatment for 1-2 hours after is uncomfortable. After that it's breezy. Follow you're given directions and you're good to go! I am 6 days post, and my skin is looking absolutely wonderful. I can't wait in a couple of weeks for the healed result. Thank you so much Danielle and the staff for making me feel comfortable! We booked a group appointment ahead of time and we originally had 5 but had to switch to 4 almost last minute and they were super accommodating! Our appointment was actually during happy hour which they have from Tuesday-Thursday 3p-7p so many of their services were discounted due to that. We did the facial bar with a friend option. The 4 of us (+2 employees) were the only ones in there so it was super peaceful and enjoyable. They explained our options to us and what the purpose of each step she was doing. For my 2 add-ons I choose high frequency and the cooling globes. I liked these a lot but I still want to try the rest of their add on offerings! All of the products felt very luxe and smelled amazing. At the end of the facial, I swear my skin had never felt better and we were all truly glowing. We went into the facial lounge and each got approximately 30 to 40 minute facial. The space is extremely open and bright due to all of the windows, which was the best vibe for relaxation. It was really fun to actually be able to get a facial with a friend and relax at the same time as being able to do a girls night and chat. I definitely want to do this again with more friends! I think you would be able to do four people in the facial lounge at the same time so you would have to coordinate and book early if this is something that you want to do. I met my therapist and let her know the massage was for relaxation since they offer pain relief and other types. She didn't ask about my preferred pressure or any focus areas. But we got started and at first the pressure was a little firm so I do appreciate she adjusted once I shared that with her. At one point, she applied an alcohol-based substance to my feet that smelled and felt like hand sanitizer, which was very different from the lotion she used elsewhere. Then she moved from my feet to my arm -- a bit unusual in sequence -- and ended up only massaging one side of my body before stopping because time ran out. When I checked out, I shared some of my feedback with the front desk, but the staff seemed more focused on getting me to sign up for a membership package. After I politely declined multiple times, the receptionist directly asked how much I planned to tip the therapist, which felt uncomfortable.
