Second time here! I love the adaptive experience. You explain your wine preferences and they give you a flight based off of that. The food is absolutely insanneeeee!! Servers are so kind and helpful. They lead you through the wine experience so smoothly. Vibes are so nice! The cave is so mysterious and vibey! Love love love this place! Honestly one of my new favorite places in Austin after trying the food! Ryan and Melissa are the best!

Came here to celebrate a friend's 21st birthday with the 9-course wine tasting and Melissa made our experience SO AMAZING! She happily took photos for us, thoroughly explained each of the wine and food pairings, and was very eager to answer our many questions. We were the only people registered for the 8pm slot and she gave us plenty of time to enjoy the tasting experience. We never felt rushed and it was great being able to have great conversations with Melissa The interior is very cute and so is the cave area. A lot more spacious than we were expecting and the tables are big enough to not be crowded with multiple glasses and food on the table. Each of the wine and food pairings were really interesting in a good way, and definitely a great experience if you enjoy trying new things and exploring. My friend and I HATE blue cheese and fruit in savory foods, but our absolute favorite dish ended up being a combo with tomatoes, grapes, and blue cheese! They change their 9-course tasting menu quarterly and we'll definitely be back!

We recently saw that wanderlust was offering a pairing menu in their new wine cave space at Barton springs and for $99/pp we decided to give it a go. The main space is a cute concept - a great live musician was set up inside and while the inside main space had fairly limited seating (and a very limited wine menu), the outdoor seating area was large and accommodating. Because we were part of the tasting/cave experience our group was led downstairs to a very swanky area and then brought into their "cave" space. The concept was cute and it definitely had a cave vibe (even if it was artificial they pulled it off). The pairings were fantastic - the selection of wines was really great (Spanish/Portugal wines for this flight) and the bites/sips were very thoughtful and well matched. The service and ambiance were fab for a great date night experience. For $99/pp (with taxes and fees it was about $250) we had a great time. The host said they're trying to create additional pairings and new menus and we will definitely go back. Well worth the money for the experience.

Pleasantly surprised with the coffee here! Although the wine was tempting I ordered an Adaptogenic vanilla latte, and it was foamy, creamy and just the amount of froth. It was pretty strong too. This place is adorable with all its plant decor and vibrant pink walls, but personally not my style. I did appreciate how quiet and spacious it was. The outdoor patio is going to be great when the weather cools down. Inside Service was great, not sure I'll come back again, but I'm glad I checked out this spot! Oh get there before 5pm to get free parking. They start valet in the parking lot.

It was all very tasty and the wines great. I think my concern is that the price point is super high for really tiny bites and so after spending $250 and finishing the tasting, my husband and I went to a restaurant across the street and had a full dinner. I think the idea of a wine cave is really cool, but in actuality, I'm not sure it actually delivered in the way that I had expected,

I attended for a private event and had an amazing time. From the enthusiasm of the employees to welcome us and give us an introduction to the space, to the amazing quality and beautiful stories behind their curated selection. The ambiance is cozy and makes for a great way to taste wine and have a great conversation. I will be returning for their next wine rotation!

I visited this wine bar while visiting a friend in Texas. We did the $100 wine with food pairings in a cave. Sorry, forgot what they call it. However, the pairings were perfectly on point and I was perfectly tipsy! The cave was just a little too dark, that's my only complaint. The hosts were super informative, accommodating and fun! The other people there were having a good time too. Loved it!

Visited for my birthday with a group this year and I really enjoyed the wine flights! The service was great as well. Parking is limited at this location but worth it if you want to visit.

Cute atmosphere, but just is not my cup of tea. However my cup of coffee was a different story. It was very smooth and refreshing as an iced latte. I the interior of the space is fairly small, and the way that they have set up the seating has limited the number of people who can be inside. Luckily the outdoor space is beautiful I think if it wasn't so hot when I went, it would have been more enjoyable and I would've stayed longer. May be a good idea to invest in some misters.

We really enjoyed the chill vibe here. They have both a covered patio as well as smaller indoor area. Their wine selection is small but varied and organic/biodynamic - every kind of wine lover can find something they like. The employees were super friendly and were ready to share recommendations when they asked. My favorite was the sparkling white, but I also enjoyed the frosé because it was much drier than others I've tried in the past.

Depends on what you're looking for. I was expecting the pour-your-own experience I saw on the main website...but that's apparently at other locations instead of this one. However, this was a cute place with fun drinks. The wine was wine...but surprisingly we enjoyed the frozen drinks...and the heart straws!!! Parking, as others have mentioned, is not good... however, "up the hill" was plenty of parking and good calorie burning! (Seriously not bad at all) Our server was adorable and helpful. The truth is...I'd come back just for the amazing heart straws. They're so cute! But I digress... Anywho...the outdoor area looks fun when the weather cools down, the ladies bathroom was super cute...I do think I'll come back to try more wines and the taco truck!

This was a casual, non-pretentious wine & coffee bar, great for a first date or girl chat. It was not loud and both the rose & cab that my friend & I tried were pretty darned tasty. Atmosphere was cozy with a great multi level patio & staff was super helpful. Parking is veeery limited and around the back on Kinney Avenue..

Wanderlust winery has a great wine tasting experience. I enjoyed most of the wines and the service was great. The food pairing on the other hand definitely fell short for me. I do recommend trying out this experience though it was entertaining and a good exposure to different wines I wouldn't normally order. But the food really fell flat for me, most were too salty and there were only a couple of courses I actually enjoyed. But you're really here for the wine and besides the last dessert wine I actually liked almost everything. The last wine was way too sweet for my tastes I could barely even drink a sip of it. I did feel it was a little pricy for a what you get despite it being 9 courses.

Wow! What an incredible experience at Sixty Vines in The Domain!…read more We made our reservation through OpenTable and mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. When we arrived at our table, we were surprised with a handwritten Happy Anniversary postcard and a beautifully presented gift--such a thoughtful touch that immediately made the evening feel special. Our server, Polina, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to learn what styles of wine we enjoy and brought us a few samples before helping us choose an amazing wine flight. Her recommendations were spot-on! We also enjoyed a custom charcuterie board and the prosciutto & fig pizza, both of which were outstanding. To top it all off, Andrew, the manager, stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect. We loved learning about Sixty Vines' unique wine-on-tap program and appreciated their commitment to sustainability, including composting food scraps. (They didn't have much to compost from our table--maybe a bite or two of pizza crust! ) The only disappointing part of the evening was that we had tickets to a show and couldn't stay longer to explore more of their incredible wine selection. That's just another reason we'll definitely be back!

When we arrived, our table was ready right away this time and it was a great table. It wasn't packed this time. It was busy still, but overall the place and environment is great. Our waiter was amazing. He was very attentive knew what to recommend and was very nice and a fun person also. This time we started off with a golden beats and let me tell you they were delicious and the cheese that they use at the bottom is just phenomenal. This is definitely something you need to get. We also started off with the muscles and they were delicious. The broth that they were in was so good. You could literally drink it and you just wanted to submerge your bread in it. I also got an espresso martini to wake up because I've been so jetlagged and it was perfect. it was a good balance of the espresso and not sweet. I love that they don't use milk here unlike other places. My mother got the opera spritz and it was delicious. Very well balanced. It was not Avril heavy like some places tend to do. My mother got the Braised pork pasta, and it was divine. This was full of flavor a good amount of sauce not salty. We also got the chefs butcher pizza and it was amazing. I loved that you can tell they make all the ingredients there and the bread is just so good. Also had some kind of sauce on there with some piece of cheese that just balanced it so good. Definitely thanks to this experience. I will say I will keep going back. I'm thinking maybe when I first swim they were just having an off day but now trying the rest of these dishes. They did really good and definitely a place to enjoy when you're at the domain.

Rosé Gosé (note accents) is in an unassuming Airport Blvd location (right next to Jewboy Burgers, an Austin favorite). It is run by a couple from Belarus that came here right after Covid to open up a restaurant, with a sister in Minsk. Defying expectations, the menu is not Balkan at all. If anything, there is a strong Asian influence with poke bowls and a lot of seafood. But the menu also offers beef tartare on their raw bar menu, as well as a steak offering and grilled chicken. It's a diverse and adventurous menu, all the way from small plates to hefty mains and vegetable sides. For the dessert, try the pavlova, a meringue confection stuffed with coconut mousse and topped with lime sorbet and a grapefruit slice sidecar. Everything is superbly presented, and unquestionably fresh and healthy without veering into twigs and berries territory. The cocktail menu is also playful, with a lot of nontraditional glassware and slight spins on popular drinks; their version of a Paloma uses prosecco instead of a splash of soda. The servers are all dressed in rosé jumpsuits and very attentive. The space is amiable and elegant without being pretentious. The table spacing is a little close, so that conversations carry between guests. The table setting has some nice touches, like the little wooden bench that holds your fork and knife off the table. In European fashion, water can be asked for but it won't be served with ice. Plan on taking your time and enjoying course after course.

Rosé Gosé was a delightful Mother's Day lunch spot. It is a whole vibe, and it is uniquely French! When we walked in an artist was playing romantic music on his keyboard, which set the tone for the brunch. It is a small restaurant inside with a larger area of seating on the patio. Of course, our reservations were inside in the comforts of air conditioning. You immediately notice a wine wall hence the name Rosé Gosé. The restaurant has many windows which provide lots of natural light. The tables house miniature yellow roses and utensils sat in a small wooden block...very French. All the servers were dressed in mauve clothing that resemble scrubs from a hospital. If someone stepped out in a French beret, I would have fallen over. Our server, Sergey, immediately served us water and took our order. The restaurant was highlighted as a modern European bistro. The atmosphere was charming, elegant, and stylish making it ideal for a Mother's Day brunch. My hubby ordered a ribeye, eggs and French Fries. I ordered the avocado toast with salmon and egg whites. While I'm not a huge red meat eater, I tasted a piece of the hubs ribeye and it was nicely prepared. My avocado toast was yummy to the nth degree! Everything was perfect. The avocado was precisely cut and at the right level of softness. The salmon was chopped into tiny little squares and so enjoyable to eat. We could not be more pleased. With a name like Rosé Gosé you would expect their drinks to be superb. My hubby ordered a hibiscus tea, which was delightful. I ordered a mimosa that had high quality ingredients and was perfectly balanced...so smooth. We were also pleased with the drinks. This was the first time at Rosé Gosé, however, it definitely will not be the last.
