I liked that she gave us 15 minute warnings before it was time to go, and kept things moving. We were at each place for the perfect amount of time for things to not be dragging, but not feel rushed. I also thought she was incredibly good at being engaged with the group but not imposing - again, we all loved her and she could have totally just hung out with us, but she perfectly executed having a presence but like, maintaining the driver/customer dynamic. You can bring whatever alcohol you want on the bus too, which is apparently not the case for all of the bus tours? The bride wanted to have white claws, and I guess some buses only allowed beer/wine. Then, after speaking to the owner she had me take a picture of the figurine as proof and then, when the women still stuck to their story she basically called me the liar. I wasn't even mad about the figurine - accidents happen, but was SO disappointed how this was handled.
