This groomer came well recommended.and I liked that she's nearby and fairly easy to book. My dog had been 4weeks since a full session and I stated short cut with bangs. When I picked him up he was bald in several areas, all his 'feathers' and bangs severely chopped and irregular. The worse part is that he's traumatized and vulnerable ho sunburn. His hair will grow back of course and he can wear a t-shirt, but it will take a or longer to rebuild his spirit I was so stunned at pick-up that I let my husband pay the bill and left. We won't go here and and advise against this groomer.

The woman was complaining that she is 60 years old and that she can't kneel to give my dog a trim. She wanted to charge me a 50 dollar minimum TO ONLY TRIM HIS NAILS AND CLEAN HIS EARS. Over the phone when I initially made the appointment. She told me she would be able to give my dog a haircut as well. When I said that price for that is ridiculous, she said she is 60 and needs the money. When I refused to pay 50 dollars for her to only cut my dogs nails and clean his ears, she rudely told me that she was busy and to take my dog elsewhere because my dog was not welcome here. I am shocked and upset that this woman was so rude to me and my dog. I will never come back here, and you are better off taking your dog to PetSmart to get groomed.

Priceless Pets - Again, look closely, use of PRONG COLLARS. These are inhumane, aversive, and teach dogs pain, fear, and potentially very dangerous

I stay with my dog at his grooming appointments. At PP, the grooming area is behind closed doors so I couldn't see my dog. While he was in there, I heard a groomer yelling at a dog. I asked the owner if the groomer was yelling at my dog and she said no she's yelling at another dog. My dog's name is Milo and apparently the groomer was yelling at another dog named Milo. I believed the owner. The lady who was grooming my dog came out of the back when she was done. His face looked horrible. She said she can't clip his face because he moves too much. She cut off almost all the hair under his chin and framed his face as a square instead of round. It didn't look good. My dog hates his face touched, especially the eye area. I've been with him at the groomer I had been to for a year and I've seen him move his head around so the groomer can't touch him. I don't know what happened to him at PP because when I went back to the groomer I had been going to, he moved his face around again but this time he was screaming and barking and yelping but the groomer didn't even touch his face yet. She only brought the scissors close to his face, but she didn't touch him. He was extremely frightened. He was flopping his body around. The whites of his eyes were red. It was extremely heart breaking. He must have had a bad experience at Priceless Pets, but I'll never know what happened as they groom behind closed doors. Also, when I walked in at PP for his appointment that one day, I asked to stay and the owner didn't seem happy about it and she questioned my decision. The groomers didn't seem friendly either. Please don't take your dog here.
