Glad to see some stores able to survive in these empty malls. I always find good deals on new styles at Wannabe! Thank you

BURLINGTON newly relocated to Serramonte's SW perimeter along side neighbors Ross and Cost Plus…read more Ross is around the corner. Burlington is like a smaller, new, well stocked Ross. Used to be a a good place to find winter wear for a good price. Not a place where you can find anyone to answer questions and it's a long line to check out. Value is their pricing. And may be a good place for stocking stuffers.

Greetings to all , first off, l want to give Big props for even having a Burlington store in this…read morearea, we needed some sort of competitive atmosphere in the area to compete with Ross just a few hundred feet away; this would keep their type of retail market pretty much the simpler in fashion. Now having said this, every since I have been coming to this store location, l have had a mixed customer experience each time. The interior design of the store changes with the seasons which is a good thing, l am very happy with this. I may be showing my age, but I used to go to a store on Market Street in Sanfrancisco called Woolworth's ; this was an all inclusive outstanding customer experience every time. Now as for this location, just like every other hard working business, a good employee can make you or break you in the business's efforts to earn a profit. When you have enough people working things go a lot smoother, which is just the opposite when you have a lack of staff. When l come into this sort of business, l already know what to expect in as far as the Values of the my selections ; l have Not been disappointed as of yet; the parking is great also. Nice Job Burlington for doing the best you can with what you are working with. Nice deals at bargain prices.

Greetings to all, l am back again to this location, let's see how it went:…read more Parking is shared with the other surrounding businesses in the same area; this works well for them. Inside this location was a well lit establishment that promotes the buying atmosphere. The service was nice and friendly. The bargains were too many to list; but l did get some good finds in this location.

Dear Salvation Army Management-…read more I have been a loyal customer of your store for years and have always enjoyed shopping for myself and my children. During my visit yesterday, I was shocked to see that dresses which previously cost $12.99 now have mixed prices ranging from $29.99 to $55.99 or more. This is a drastic increase of over 300%, and it completely changes the experience of affordable thrifting that I and many others have relied on. I was especially surprised to see items like Wild Fable sweatpants--brand-name clothing from Target for kids and teens and young adults--being sold for $6.99 which feels unreasonable for used clothing. Previously, finding affordable items like these was part of the appeal of your store. Now, these prices are comparable to--or even higher than--what you would pay retail, making it difficult for families on a budget to shop. I also noticed that standard pricing signage has been removed, leaving only the "color of the day" sale tags. While I understand promotional sales, the removal of regular pricing combined with these significant increases is confusing and disappointing. I have donated items to this location in the past, but after seeing these changes, I will have to rethink whether I continue dropping things off here. Stores like the Salvation Army have always been valued for making clothing affordable and accessible to the community, and I hope you will reconsider this pricing strategy to maintain that mission.
