He also ordered an appetizer of these rice paper dumplings filled with ground pork. The first thing I noticed was the smell of the broth when the pho came out. It was incredible! The broth was so flavorful and one of the best I've had in a very long time. Didn't need to add any extra sauces :) Lots of noodles and very tender meat. I appreciated they give you a ton of meat. I ordered the Pad Thai while my wife ordered Beef Noodles. Her dish identifies as a stirred fried beef with noodles, mixed with the stir-fried sauce. My Pad Thai was different than the ones I had in the past. Flavors were different. Different as in a thicker coated sauce.
