We had a great experience with Landwork Contractors for our backyard project. From the very…read morebeginning, Joe was fair, honest, and transparent about the work that needed to be done. He provided several scope options and estimates, which made it easy for us to understand our choices and choose what worked best for our budget and needs. His workers clearly take pride in their work. They were thorough, paid attention to detail, and did a beautiful job transforming our backyard. Our project was completed neatly and professionally, and they made sure to clean up the entire area when the project was finished. It's wonderful to work with a company that is honest, dependable, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work. We're extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend them. We will be working with them again in the future.

IM LANDSCAPING & MASONRY TO THE RESCUE!!…read more Since the pandemic, our patio was in desperate need of a refresh; take out the weeds, clean the bluestones and put poly sand in the joints. After getting several estimates, we called IM Landscaping and spoke to Freddy. He was able to come to our home and give us an estimate to do the work, which was fair and reasonable. Freddy and his team arrived early the next morning. I loved the fact that they were very thorough in removing the weeds, digging deep to get the root balls out. After that, they power washed the entire patio, even behind the condenser. Everything was so fresh and clean!! Due to the rain forecast, Freddy thought it best to make sure the stones were thoroughly dry before he installed the sand. He returned the following week and completed the work. Several neighbors immediately commented on how nice our patio looks. We're sorry that we didn't take before and after pictures to post. Do not hesitate to give IM Landscaping & Masonry a call. They are knowledgeable, professional, and their prices are reasonable. Thank you Freddy!!

Jason and I go back a long way and he did me a favor coming to my house tho I am a considerable distance away. I appreciate that. So with that I will touch on the bad review he got. Because he cannot defend himself. First, Jason didn't own the company at the time. Second, he was on his honeymoon and the customer, wouldn't respect his time with his wife. So take her review with a grain of salt. What happened to common decency and respect? The man is on his honeymoon. Does he not have the right to spend that time with his wife? I know I wouldn't go hounding someone with demands on their honeymoon. Sorry but I do not think her review is fair. Jason has a lot of knowledge and great vision. I am proud to see how far he has come. He works day and night. What more can I say about him? Since I have known him, which is over 30 years, he has always been a hard worker. So for him to do me the favor he did today, I completely respect and appreciate immensely. My gf, who was married to a landscaper said she was very impressed. And she never says that with anyone. So I take her word over anyone's. If she is happy, that is all I need to know. Call Jason, he will do what is right and do right by you the customer. You won't regret it.

The patio is along the back of my house and there are 2 doors going into the house from the patio, one slider and one hinged door. The new patio looks good enough but the whole thing is too high relative to the house, the top of the pavers are the same height as the top of the door saddle. I can not install a storm door because it will hit a floor mat. I had asked Manuel to make the patio about an inch below the door saddles during the estimate and again before the pavers were installed, he agreed but didn't do it. It's discouraging, the patio looks nice but it's the wrong height. Now I face the dilemma of living with it or having another contractor rip it out and install it at the right height.
