Originally gave me a quote, and provided me with his "insurance", but never called me back and hasn't returned my phone calls. I believe the insurance he provided was for lawn care, and wasn't designed to cover tree removal; and when I asked about this he stopped returning my calls. In our last conversation he implied he would have the insurance confirm it was for tree removal after the weekend on the first business day, but as it turns out, now he's ghosting me. Made me waste a week thinking I found a company to do the work I required. I could have spent that time looking for a company that could do the work. Basically multiple reviews for his former business echo this sentiment. This is why he renamed his business from Hillcrest to Hill.

We had our first snow of the season yesterday. It was only about 3 inches, so some people might…read morenot want plowing. DumpPros called me to ask whether I wanted our driveway plowed. I replied that I did want the driveway cleared. Shortly after the snow/sleet stopped, I received a text message that they were on the way. About 5 minutes later, the crew arrived and did a fantastic job of clearing our driveway and front path. They even salted where necessary. Then, about 1/2 hour later, a link to my invoice arrived by text message. A couple of clicks and the invoice (plus generous tip) was paid by credit card. Easy peasy. Highly recommend!!!

Walter lied about the work and what they did..no before and after...doesn't even look like work was performed....Walter didn't do one thing he agreed...he was going to make an appointment to come talk to me but just showed up...contacted company by phone and email with no response...apparently Walter is the only one to talk too and in charge. Third star: The owner delivered the mulch and introduced himself. Forth star: My order was delivered at the time promised and dumped right on the tarp I had laid out for the mulch. Fifth star: Rocco Chiappetta, the owner, gave me fair and honest pricing for all other services he offered! I will use this company now for all my lawn maintenance and needs. P.S.
