Six Diamonds impressed me the most with their reviews and website. We are SO HAPPY we chose them. The crew came on the day as scheduled, even though there was the threat of rain (and inevitably starting raining while they were here). They came prepared with various types of trucks and about 10 men. These men worked their tails off the entire time!! For 3 large trees, these guys worked like a well oiled machine. Chain saws, chippers, rakes, skid steers...you name it, they were on top of it. No one stopped moving the entire time until the job was done. They picked up every little stick, cleaned up every chip in the street and every log went into a truck. By the time it was all over, you would never have believed all the work that had been done because these guys did an amazing job! I would highly recommend. The owner is the sweetest man and he was right there with the others working hard to get the job done. The whole time they were here, I kept texting my husband about how great they were and they definitely exceeded my expectations.

I hired Walter, as he told me he plowed for his brother (on my street) and a few other families in the neighborhood. Therefore, he said, he would always be available to help with my snow removal. I had found it difficult to find another snow removal service during Covid, so I hired him. Fast forward to today January 7 2022, first significant snow of the season. I had phoned Walter on 1/5/22 to ensure he was coming to plow and shovel. "No worry, I'll be there." Snow stopped at 8 a.m. I waited until 2 p.m. No Walter. I phoned his cell and his "office" (really his home, and spoke with his nice wife). I received the following Text msg at 2:33 pm: "You can call another person i am not available to go this time im not filling good I not want to go to your place like that I'm so sorry." All spelling errors are Walter's. WHAT? He didn't even have the bravery to phone me back. I don't believe his msg. for one moment. His wife never mentioned he was ill. And if he had been ill, he should have contacted me early this morning to make alternative arrangements (as if I could in the middle of a snow storm). He had already told me he would be bringing a companion. And I would not have been in physical contact with either of them. I shoveled as much as my 69 year old body would allow.
