The service I was requesting was an estimate for work on my property, requiring the removal of large, medium, and smaller trees, and also limning up some additional large trees. He was thorough in his discussion and a good listener. I was very impressed with him. The price he quoted was fair, and I did feel confident that he could do the work efficiently, professionally, and within the time allocated to us. I'm not reviewing the actual work because I have had to get three bids for this particular project and have not started to work yet. I will check back in once I complete the service.

They came the next morning and gave us an estimate and we shook hands on the price. WOW!!! They arrived promptly at 7:30 am and were done by 2:30 pm. Many other tree places do not remove the wood, in fact most don't even clean up the debris. My yard was left cleaner then it was when they started. We are beyond impressed with their work ethic and their sense to detail. Really, thank you so much Ramiro, Darlene, George and the rest of the guys. If anyone I know ever needs to have tree work done, I will be sure to recommend R&D. Again, thank you so much.

It started out very well, however they started coming to cut the lawn even when we would tell them…read morethat it did not need cutting. This happened twice. When I spoke to the owner, he said he would not charge me, well he shouldn't since I asked that it not be cut several days in advance. When I spoke to him he told me that it is confusing because we change out mind every week. First, that is not true we did it twice, and second, we are paying for the service and can tell them when we do not want it cut. He told me if we do not want it cut, we should tell them the day that they are coming. Now how do I always know when they are coming when there is rain, etc? In addition, when his brother was doing the mowing, he would actually skip us when our lawn looked like this. Once he skipped us and the owner charged us anyway. I expect my landscaper to know when not to cut, but I always text so they can plan their schedule and crew. When I told him we were discontinuing his service his text back was that he did not need my business anyway. The below pictures are my lawn before they came to cut it. We had asked them not to in a text on Saturday, and they cut in anyway.
