Not only is the owner Ryan polite and genuine but he has the nicest face (I can say that because I am an old married lady) All the men that worked in my yard the last week were super sweet, very polite and very kind to me. I am home alone most days as a disabled woman and it was so very nice having these men around, so polite and kind I can not say it enough! As far as changing out my sewage tank, my neighbor retired from doing this type of work and was surprised to see how very hard they worked, no short cuts a really great job! Jennifer was also very friendly and pleasant when I first called the office. The leader of crew two, who took the check for payment, was also very nice. So from quote to cleared yard it was 2 hours. When Jim & his crew arrived, it was himself one foreman and two new guys who apparently had just started that day (So he told me). He was irritated when he arrived because his son who was apparently a foreman, was in a golf tournament that day so he was not working on this job. By about 4 PM the only person working was Jim. He worked until it was dark and I was unable to view the job that was done until the next day. I was not satisfied with the job that was delivered. Jim returned to discuss the job with me. He agreed that when he left he was not satisfied with the job that he completed and he would return to complete the job. But at an additional charge. A few months later, in July, I reached out and asked him what the timeline was for the completion. He told me due to a storm, he had a lot of downed trees, but he had been thinking about me, and he assured me that he would return to complete the job. Needless to say he never returned to complete the job and did not respond to my last email indicating that I was disappointed with his lack of responsiveness. Unfortunately, I would never recommend him for any future work.
